Research On The Performance Evaluation Of SF Express’s Backdoor Listing Based On The Balanced Scorecard

Since 2013,China’s express delivery business scale for six years in the world first,means into the rapid development of the golden age,a growing number of Courier companies choose to grab in the form of public capital and market,including motion in a short period of time in the form of a backdoor listing the industry attention,but as a new way of listing,There are still many doubts among the public about whether backdoor listing can really improve the operating conditions and overall performance of enterprises.Through the case study of the backdoor Dingtai new material of SF Express,the thesis adopts the performance evaluation method of balanced scorecard to construct the performance evaluation system,and compares the corporate performance before and after backdoor listing to get the analysis results and draw the final conclusion.At the beginning of the thesis,the market background and industry background of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the introduction of relevant literature,research content and development methods are introduced.The following is the theoretical basis of backdoor listing and the conclusion that the balanced scorecard method should be adopted in this case analysis by comparison.Then the introduction of cases,the introduction of the two companies,backdoor listing motivation analysis,backdoor listing steps and the final results.The most critical step is to use the balanced scorecard method to build a reasonable and applicable performance evaluation system,and use this system to evaluate and analyze THE performance of SF Express before and after its backdoor listing to obtain the final evaluation result,which extends to enlightenment.Through the case study of this thesis,not only can enrich the research results of the theory of backdoor listing in China,but also a new attempt to use the balanced scorecard method to evaluate the performance of backdoor listing,but also to provide a lot of practical materials for enterprises who want to go public through backdoor listing.
