| As an important part of public transportation,urban bus not only plays an important role in alleviating road congestion,reducing environmental pollution and saving energy,but also plays an important role in urban ecological civilization,economic life,urban construction,scientific education and other aspects.Developing urban public transportation is of great significance to further improve urban functions and coordinate urban and rural development.With the rapid development of economy and society,the public’s requirements for bus travel are constantly improving.Whether the bus operation line is efficient is directly related to the satisfaction of passengers and the bus travel is attractive to the public.However,the traditional bus operation in T city has some problems,such as too long line network,repetition,detour,etc.,resulting in the waste of bus resources to a certain extent and reducing passengers’ travel efficiency and sense of ride experience.At the same time,with the changes of The Times and the development pattern of T city’s public transportation,a new pattern of "bus + subway" network integration has gradually formed.Therefore,the bus group needs to fully tap its own advantages,strengthen the construction of network,improve customer satisfaction,gain more market share,reduce the loss of passenger flow.Therefore,this paper chooses the 606 line of T City Bus Group to investigate passenger satisfaction and influencing factors.This paper preliminarily builds a passenger satisfaction evaluation model of BUS line 606 of T City bus Group.Next,through empirical research,the satisfaction of passengers in five aspects of convenience,convenience,security,comfort and fare pricing is analyzed.SPSS was used to import the collected questionnaire data,and exploratory factor analysis was conducted after the reliability and validity requirements were met,and the main reasons affecting customer satisfaction were tentatively found out.Finally,according to the verified results of bus passenger satisfaction data,suggestions are put forward for the 606 bus line of T City: measures to improve customer satisfaction of 606 bus line of T city bus Group are summarized from the aspects of network operation,security,ride comfort and strengthening brand marketing. |
