| In recent years,under the complicated economic environment,various risk issues have frequently occurred,commercial banks have faced many default events,and operational risks have continued to increase.As the main profit growth point of commercial banks,the corporate credit business is also facing the situation of rising non-performing loan balance and non-performing loan ratio,and the asset quality of the credit business cannot be guaranteed.Commercial banks in China generally have the phenomenon of ‘attaching importance to pre-loan while ignoring the post-loan’,and the post-loan management of corporate credit business is relatively not enough.Many cases show that the occurrence of non-performing loan is mostly related to unqualified post-loan management.Therefore,commercial banks in our country are paying increasing attention to strengthening post-loan management and risk prevention for corporate credit business.Post-loan management,as a key link in risk prevention and control,forms a complete corporate credit business process together with pre-loan link and mid-loan link.Based on the research results of post-loan management at home and abroad,this thesis takes Z Bank Q branch as the research object,using related theories,through questionnaires,brainstorming meetings and interviews with relevant practitioners of Z Bank Q branch,combined with its current status of corporate credit business and post-loan management,and finds that there are problems in its division of post-loan work,task flow and support system.According to the problems found,this thesis explores the internal and external reasons behind it by combining theory with practice.Furthermore,this thesis puts forward feasible optimization schemes one by one in response to the above-discovered problems,and elaborates them in a targeted manner.In addition,combined with the actual situation of Z Bank Q branch,the support from the system,organization and implementation process,guarantees the smooth advancement of optimization.The quality of post-loan management of corporate credit business has been improved,and the quality of corporate credit assets in Z Bank Q branch can be also effectively improved.Based on the author’s practical experience,this thesis proposes optimization suggestions for post-loan management.On the one hand,it can provide substantial assistance to the improvement of corporate credit business post-loan management in Z Bank Q branch,and help Z Bank Q branch with non-performing loan control and risk management work.On the other hand,this thesis also provides reference for other commercial banks to carry out in-depth research and reform of post-loan management,which is of great practical significance. |
