In 2020,the novel coronavirus epidemic has brought earth-shaking changes to many industries,and fresh retail industry is the first to bear the brunt of the epidemic.The epidemic has a huge impact on the traditional Y supermarket,which focuses on fresh e-commerce products.Y Supermarket is a leading enterprise in China’s retail industry,and fresh products are its core products.And as new crown outbreak under control,we found that the fresh electricity has slowly become a habit of people’s life,it ushered in the new growth,this suggests that the fresh electricity is the trend of retail industry in the future,and the supermarket as important retail enterprises,especially the fresh supermarket,give priority to dozen of Y must occupy the electricity field,as soon as possible to get a first mover advantage,the market,Let oneself in a new round of competition to avoid the fate of elimination.And customer satisfaction as a customer service for enterprise as a whole the final impression of specific indicators,relationship not only the result of the trading companies round,again to determine whether the customer will also choose consumption of enterprise,and the influence of sichuan and the sea,the final stability of the enterprise existing market share and open up emerging markets have had a profound impact.In this paper,the customer satisfaction index and other related theories and models are used to establish the service satisfaction evaluation system of fresh e-commerce business of supermarket Y combined with the actual development of fresh e-commerce business.On the basis of theoretical research,the reasonable design can meet the demand of research of the questionnaire,analysis of the questionnaire,questionnaire of specific information feedback,and to sum up,dedicated to describe the customer satisfaction of Y supermarket to live fresh electrical business situation,and collect the customer to fresh opinions and Suggestions on the electricity business,Finally,feasible strategies and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction are formed.Through empirical research,the results of the survey found that Y supermarket fresh electricity business in the selection of goods,distribution service,after-sales service and other aspects of the existence of certain deficiencies.Based on the actual situation of Y supermarket,this paper gives practical and reasonable suggestions and measures to solve the problems found in the survey,such as establishing a professional logistics distribution mechanism,paying attention to online marketing,expanding e-commerce business,and paying attention to the feedback of after-sales service,aiming to provide some positive and useful suggestions for the practice of Y Supermarket.
