Research On The Relationship Between China’s Regional Digital Economy Level And Innovation Capability

With the vigorous development of various emerging technologies,the digital economy is also increasingly concerned by the society.The digital economy occupies an increasingly important position in the development of the country.At the same time,innovation is also crucial to the improvement of national strength.my country also attaches great importance to innovation.Innovation has gradually become an important driving factor in a country’s modernization drive.Therefore,this thesis studies the relationships between China’s regional digital economy level and innovation capability,which has certain practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the existing research of various institutions and scholars,this thesis constructs the digital economy level evaluation index system and the innovation ability evaluation index system.This thesis uses the five-year data of 31 provinces from 2016 to 2020 to measure the level of digital economy and innovation capability.According to the established evaluation index system of digital economy level and innovation ability,the coefficient of variation method is used to calculate the weight,and the digital economy level index and innovation ability index of each province are calculated using the linear weighting method.After obtaining the digital economy level index and innovation ability index,analyze the overall development of my country during the five-year period,and analyze the situation of each province and city in 2020.The calculation results show that China’s digital economy level and innovation capabilities have grown rapidly and steadily during the five-year period,but the development among various provinces is extremely uneven.On the basis of the above research,using bivariate correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between the two was calculated,and it was found that there was a significant correlation between the two;by using the F test and the Hausman test,for 2016-2020 The panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China established an individual fixed benefit regression model for regression analysis,and found that there is mutual promotion between the two,and the degree of promotion of innovation ability to the level of digital economy is much greater than that of digital economy level to innovation ability.Using the PLS-SEM,analysis of the interaction path between the digital economy level and the innovation capability index system of China and the innovation capabilities indicator system.The research results show that the digital infrastructure will promote the development of the innovation environment,and the innovation environment will also promote the development of the digital development environment;the development of the digital industry will promote innovation input,and then bring a certain role in promoting innovation output.Finally,combined with the development of China,and based on all the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward policy suggestions to improve the level of China’s regional digital economy and innovation capabilities.
