In the era of digital economy,enterprises are in urgent need of technological and management changes.As an emerging technology,5G has gradually penetrated into thousands of industries,providing new technologies,new scenarios and new advantages for traditional industries.The application and development of new technologies bring opportunities for value co-creation among enterprises,but also new difficulties and challenges.In particular,at the initial stage of 5G application,the technical standards were relatively imperfect,and there was a lack of killer applications.Due to the COVID-19 and the turbulence of the domestic and international economic environment,there were many obstacles to the promotion of 5GtoB inter organizational cooperation.This paper attempts to explore the value co-creation susceptibility factors among the participants in digital transformation in the 5GtoB context.Based on the theory of value co-creation,5GtoB is essentially to provide customers with new services and solve their pain points.In the process,customers need to participate deeply.The relationship between service providers and customers represented by communication operators is no longer a simple relationship between technology providers and users,but a relationship of facing the market,sharing risks and achieving win-win results.Based on the resource-based view,this paper takes the "cause-process-result" of value co-creation as the story line,studies its impact on organizational interaction and relationship quality from the perspective of organizational heterogeneity,and discusses the relationship between organizational interaction and relationship quality and value co-creation,and innovatively summarizes the theoretical model of joint advantages of inter-organizational cooperation in the 5GtoB context through grounded theory,including the advantages of digital basic capabilities The advantages of digital management capability and digital development capability.On this basis,combined with the literature study,a model of inter-organizational value co-creation susceptibility factors is established to empirically analyze the susceptibility of each factor.The results show that environmental uncertainty negatively regulates the impact of organizational heterogeneity on relationship quality;Organizational heterogeneity has a positive effect on organizational interaction,the stronger the organizational heterogeneity,the higher the susceptibility of organizational interaction;Organizational heterogeneity has a negative impact on relationship quality,the stronger the organizational heterogeneity,the lower the susceptibility of relationship quality;Relationship quality has a positive impact on organizational interaction,the stronger the relationship quality is,the higher the susceptibility of organizational interaction is:Organizational interaction has a positive impact on value co-creation,the stronger the organizational interaction,the higher the susceptibility of value co-creation. |
