| With the harmonious development of society,private enterprises are contributing more and more power.Rational use of incentive measures in management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,stimulate the talents of employees,and achieve enterprise performance goals.Therefore,it is very important to build a good incentive system for private enterprises.This paper mainly takes H accounting firm as the research object,and puts forward differential incentive measures for professional and knowledgeable female employees.H Accounting Firm is a private enterprise with a high proportion of female knowledge workers.Taking H accounting firm as a case study and combining with the actual situation,corresponding improvement measures are put forward for the existing incentive system of H accounting firm,which can continuously improve the competitiveness of H accounting firm.At the same time,it can also further broaden the application scenarios of incentive theory.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,case analysis and other methods combined with the actual situation of H accounting firm,this paper puts forward targeted solutions and corresponding safeguard measures.Through the research,it is found that H accounting firm has some problems such as unreasonable performance appraisal structure,unscientific career promotion and development mechanism,and lack of feedback and communication mechanism.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including:optimize the compensation and welfare system;Perfect the assessment system,introduce the project management system;Build a more scientific promotion platform and encourage employees to participate in management;Pay attention to the spiritual needs of female knowledge workers and give them respect and care;Do a good job of continuous guarantee,in order to form a normal incentive mechanism.For small and medium-sized private enterprises,there is indeed a lack of financial strength,unable to provide more human resource management costs.Therefore,in enterprises with a high proportion of female employees,paying more attention to the emotional and spiritual needs of female employees will,to a certain extent,help small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve a certain effect in motivating employees. |
