Research On Application Of Harvard Analytical Framework In Sunshine City Group

With the rapid development of the real estate industry,the relevant policies are also constantly updated,and control of real estate industry is also increasingly strict.At present,there are many kinds of financial analysis tools.Traditional financial analysis is only concerned with financial indicators.And this may be unitary and lagging.However,Harvard Analysis Framework starts from enterprise strategy and combines enterprise accounting policies,financial indicators and development prospects to analyze,which is conducive to serving as an effective supplement to the traditional financial analysis methods,helping stakeholders fully grasp the economic situation,national policies and other factors,showing irreplaceable advantages.This paper selects Sunshine City Group as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the concept and content of Harvard Analysis Framework and summarizes the related domestic and abroad literature as theoretical basics.Then the paper briefly introduce the state of operation for Sunshine City Group and brings in Harvard Analysis Framework.It analyses from the four aspects of strategic analysis,financial analysis,accounting analysis and prospect analysis.Strategic analysis starts with macro and micro perspective;accounting analysis researches the assets and liabilities and selects the two most important accounting items of inventory and account receivable to analyze;financial analysis uses a combination of vertical and horizontal analysis method to select other two companies in the same industry to compare.It analyses from four perspective:solvency,profitability,operational capability and cash flow analysis.Prospect analysis analyses industry prospects and Sunshine City Group prospects.Through using Harvard analysis framework,the limitations of traditional analysis methods have been overcome.From a strategic perspective,the financial information and non-financial information of Sunshine City Group have been comprehensively considered,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods have been combined to analyze the financial situation of the enterprise,so as to make a more accurate prediction of the future development of Sunshine City Group.Through a series analysis of Sunshine City Group,operation risks indeed exists to a certain extent.Therefore,with the help of Harvard analysis framework,this paper puts forward corresponding recommendations and directions for the future development of Sunshine City Group.Hoping to provide reference for Sunshine City Group and other companies to develop in a steady and healthy way.
