In recent years,with the traditional fossil energy production,consumption increased year by year,more and more low storage capacity,oil prices also rose in 2022,the price of petrol is also determines the car fuel economy is the great challenge of the new energy vehicles,a series of new energy car companies came into being,such as Tesla,Wei Lai,Xiao Peng new forces such as automakers momentum more and more.The whole new energy vehicle industry has also become an industry in the turret,followed by a surge in market demand for new energy vehicle charging system,so V Company’s new energy vehicle charging gun business is also facing huge opportunities and challenges.In such an internal manufacturing environment,how to do a good job of efficient and lean raw material inventory management directly affects V company’s capital turnover rate and project profit rate,and can also help V company better meet customer delivery,improve customer satisfaction,and provide practical help for the company’s market share.V company is a leading global cable industry enterprises,China headquarters is located in Suzhou Wu Zhong district in China,has been in 26 cities around the world have research and development centers,factories and sales offices,its power cord,medical cables and cable data transmission network all over the world,mainly for medical,industrial,and other fields to provide cable business solutions,has now become the industry leading enterprise.At present,V Company is making all-out efforts to enter the field of new energy vehicle charging gun,and the scale of the company is also constantly expanding and developing.However,under such rapid development of V company,there are also many problems that need to be solved urgently,among which supply chain raw material inventory management is the top priority.At present,V Company’s conventional inventory management can’t effectively achieve lean inventory management,customer demand is not accurate,orders are cancelled suddenly,urgent order inserted,and other phenomena,resulting in the inventory is always at a high level,the value of dormant inventory in the current month often exceeds the sales of the current month.Without any effective measures,the inventory will continue to increase.According to the existing problems,based on the advanced inventory management theory at home and abroad,this paper provides an improvement strategy plan for the raw material inventory management of V company,in order to effectively reduce the idle inventory,improve the inventory turnover rate,so as to enhance the market competitiveness.of V company.At the same time,in order to ensure that the program has a positive effect on the inventory improvement of V Company,the pilot will be carried out in the Suzhou parent plant of V Company,and monitoring and safeguard measures will be taken during the implementation process to obtain the best research effect.
