As a pillar industry of the country,the real estate has become an important industry,which affecting the national economy and people’s livelihood with the continuous development of the economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process.In recent years,due to the severe situation of market economy,coupled with the impact of the epidemic,as well as the continuous outbreak of global war,have brought great impact and challenges to the whole economy,especially the real estate industry.In order to cope with this challenge,the real estate industry must quickly analysis,diagnose the main existing problems,analyze the causes of the problem,put forward solutions,in order to quickly adjust,to ensure the continued and smooth development of the real estate industry.This paper takes N real estate company as an example,through 4P and other marketing theories to analyze the marketing strategy,marketing model and marketing situatiOn of N real estate company,find out the existing problems in N real estate company:product positioning is stuck in the rut,pursue the doctrine of taking,lack of innovation and development;Marketing model is rigid,stick to the rules;Lack of marketing strategies to keep pace with the times.In the face of these problems,real estate enterprises need to make full cycle adjustments.They can realize the goal of full cycle marketing by introducing 4P、4C and other integrated marketing theories,so as to gradually restore the core competitiveness of real estate enterprises.The research and analysis of this paper draws the following conclusions:Based on the 4P theory of marketing and the characteristics of real estate marketing,this paper proposes countermeasures for improving the marketing strategies of N Real Estate Company in the current market environment and policies from four aspects:product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,and promotion strategy.Specific safeguard measures are proposed for the improvement of the formulated marketing strategy,including system guarantee,personnel guarantee,and information guarantee.In general,the laws of the market economy are not immutable,but have been fluctuating and changing,as is the case with the real estate industry.In the face of complex and severe market environments,it is necessary to seek breakthroughs based on the unwavering basic principle of "non speculation in real estate",find new ideas and new methods for the development of marketing strategies in the new era environment,and use the power of the Internet to combine offline and online marketing strategies simultaneously,It is hoped that the above research can help N Real Estate Company overcome the crisis and provide reference and assistance to similar real estate companies.
