Research On The Relationship Between Financial Development And Industry City Integration

In order to promote the development of the new area and special functional area in accordance with the concept of "industry city integration",in 2016,the state selected 58 areas,including Liudong new area of Liuzhou City,to carry out the construction of industry city integration demonstration areas.After seven years of development,Liudong new area has achieved remarkable results in promoting the integration of industry and city,but it also faces many problems and challenges.The first one is how to effectively play the role of finance,gather resources to promote industrial development,and solve the investment and financing problems of urban construction.This paper focuses on the relationship between financial development and industry city integration.On the basis of qualitative research and guided by the theory of sustainable development and the theory of coordinated development,this paper makes an empirical analysis.On the basis of previous studies,we found shortcomings and advantages,reduced complexity to simplicity,built a general evaluation index system suitable for most industrial parks,and built a measurement system suitable for evaluating financial development.In the process of analysis,taking Liudong New Area as an example,after the standardized processing of the data,the entropy method is used to calculate the weight,and then the models of coupling degree,coordination degree and relative development degree are used for quantitative research.Finally,regression analysis is used for supplementary demonstration.Combined with the results of qualitative analysis,it is concluded that Liudong new area has made great achievements in undertaking the employment function,industrial coordination function and industrial development function of Liuzhou City in the past ten years;Financial development affects the integration of industry and city in Liudong new area,which belongs to a dynamic evolution process;In the influence of financial development on industry city integration,credit policy has a greater impact on industry city integration;Financial development and industry city integration have a positive correlation.Finally,in view of the problems found in the study,the paper proposes an innovative investment and financing mechanism of industry city integration for the formulation and implementation of financial support industry city integration development strategies in the future;Fully promote the coordinated development of industrial economy and finance,and innovate the financing methods of industrial parks;Countermeasures and suggestions for establishing regional industrial financial service center.The research methods of this paper can broaden the research channels of financial development and industry city integration,and the suggestions put forward also have general guiding significance for the formulation and implementation of financial support industry city integration development strategies in other regions.
