The Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization Development In Yuxian County,Shanxi

Agricultural mechanization is an important part of agricultural modernization and an effective means to enhance agricultural strength.It plays an important role in improving agricultural production conditions,raising agricultural production technology level and labor productivity and benefits.In order to promote agricultural mechanization,the state has also promulgated special plans for agricultural mechanization,such as the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Development of Agricultural Mechanization,and introduced policies such as subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery.In Yu County,Shanxi Province,the overall development of food production is relatively slow,a large number of rural population into the city,under such a background,it is necessary to promote the development of agricultural mechanization,promote agricultural modernization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of agricultural mechanization in Yu County,Shanxi Province.This paper uses the theory of technological progress,induced technological change,literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods to study the development of agricultural mechanization in Yu County,Shanxi Province.First of all,the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of agricultural mechanization development in Yu County,Shanxi,a specific analysis of the current situation of agricultural equipment quantity,policy support,agricultural machinery socialization service organization and other aspects of the development of Yu county,it is found that in the promotion of agricultural mechanization in Yu county,there are deficiencies in agricultural machinery equipment structure imbalance,social service system is not perfect,policy promotion and other aspects.Secondly,field research was carried out on the current situation of agricultural mechanization development in Yu County,Shanxi Province,and factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization in Yu county were found and analyzed,including the scale factor of cultivated land,the transfer factor of labor force,the socialization level factor of agricultural machinery service,the education and training factor,the technical factor and the infrastructure factor.Finally,in view of the existing problems and influencing factors of agricultural mechanization in Yu county,it is proposed that Yu county should strengthen the government’s policy support for the development of agricultural mechanization,optimize the structure of agricultural machinery and equipment,strengthen the construction of social service system of agricultural machinery,and improve the comprehensive quality of agricultural machinery service personnel.
