Research On The Value Of Enlight Media Under The Background Of Corporate Governance Ability Modernization

The Party’s 20th CPC National Congress has put forward a series of new requirements for promoting the modernization of China’s governance capacity,pointing out the way forward for enterprises to do their work well in the new era.As an indispensable force in social and economic development,the modernization of corporate governance ability of private enterprises is indirectly related to the modernization of national governance ability.The wealth of the enterprise depends not only on the increased profits of the enterprise,but also depends on whether the enterprise has the modern corporate governance capacity and creates more corporate value.Taking Enlight Media as an example,this paper aims to help private enterprises to diagnose and master the current situation of governance capacity modernization and provide decision-making guidance.This paper takes the private listed enterprise Enlight Media as the research object,takes the modernization of corporate governance ability and enterprise value theory as the guiding ideology,and comprehensively uses the comparative analysis method,qualitative and quantitative combination method,case analysis method and other research methods.First of all,on the basis of referring to many relevant literature at home and abroad,the influence path of the modernization of corporate governance capacity on enterprise value is summarized.Secondly,by introducing the basic situation of Enlight Media,analyzes the current situation of the modernization of the governance ability and the financial situation of Enlight Media,and analyzes the changes of the historical value under the modernization of Enlight Media in the value of the company with EVA,and finds the existing problems in the evaluation process,and proposes solutions and suggestions from the three dimensions of the modernization of corporate governance capacity.In order to achieve the sustainable operation of the light media,and constantly enhance the value of the enterprise goal.The conclusion of this paper shows that the sustainable development of the company cannot be separated from the implementation of the modernization of corporate governance capacity,and the implementation of the modernization of corporate governance capacity can continue to bring value to the company and achieve profits.In order to realize the sustainable,healthy and stable development of Enlight Media and help enhance the corporate value,Enlight Media should further implement the modernization of corporate governance ability,innovate the compensation incentive mechanism,stabilize the ownership structure,optimize the internal control and improve the restraint mechanism.It is hoped that these suggestions provided in this paper can effectively help Enlight Media to enhance the value of the company,and also hope to give lessons to other enterprises in the same industry to implement the modernization of corporate governance capacity and the promotion of corporate value.
