The Research On Influencing Factors Of Scientific And Technological Innovation In LiShui Agricultural Science And Technology Enterprises

Agricultural science and technology enterprises are an important force to promote China’s rural economy to modernization and guide the revitalization of the countryside.Lishui City has introduced a series of policies conducive to development in recent years for the goal of modernizing the agricultural economy,encouraging rural science and technology enterprises to attract investment and stimulate vitality for the rural economy,and although there have been some short-lived results,some problems cannot be avoided.Therefore,it is of strong practical significance to explore the main problems faced by agricultural science and technology enterprises in the process of scientific and technological innovation and to propose measures to drive the development of scientific and technological innovation in order to improve the sustainable development of agricultural science and technology enterprises.This thesis uses theoretical foundations such as agricultural pedal theory and agricultural technology diffusion theory,takes the scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City as an example,integrates empirical analysis research methods,elaborates the current situation of the development of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City,analyzes the problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City,explores the factors influencing the scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City from macro and micro levels,and A survey was conducted for 216 agricultural business managers of 57 agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City to empirically analyze the influencing factors affecting the scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City,and finally put forward countermeasure suggestions to enhance the scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City to help agricultural science and technology enterprises to develop sustainably and healthily and enhance their comprehensive strength.This thesis finds that:First,the problems in the development of science and technology innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City are mainly insufficient investment in technology research and development,serious loss of talents in science and technology enterprises,weak science and technology innovation,and relatively lagging science and technology innovation system.Second,the factors affecting the impact of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City are mainly at the macro and micro levels.The macro level includes social and cultural,policy,market,economic development and service factors;the micro level includes decision makers,internal management and technical factors.Third,in order to improve the quality of the effect of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Lishui City,this thesis proposes countermeasures to strengthen the guidance of social and cultural environment,optimize the policy of scientific and technological innovation system,improve the service mechanism of scientific and technological innovation,continuously strengthen the technology of scientific and technological innovation,improve the diversified and collaborative management mechanism,and improve the construction of scientific and technological innovation talent team.
