Research On Optimization Of Supervision And Management System Of G State-owned Enterprise Group

The "18th National Congress" of the party further clarified that it is necessary to improve the party and state supervision system,and to establish a unified command,comprehensive coverage,authoritative and efficient supervision system of the party.The new situation requires state-owned enterprises to further improve their supervision system.As the first batch of state-owned capital investment company reform pilot units,the G stateowned enterprise group is striving to explore a management model that is different from state-owned and state-controlled enterprises,and provides reproducible and extendable experience for the reform of state-owned capital investment companies.This article firstly analyzes the theoretical basis and literature review of the supervision and management system.Secondly,using the method of case study,the G stateowned enterprise group is used as the research object,and the research results of the more mature supervision and management system at home and abroad are used to supervise and manage the G state-owned enterprise group.Analyze the defects and reasons of the system in the supervision and management of governance,management and executive levels.Through comparison,understand the overview of other groups’ supervision and management systems,and put forward corresponding optimization directions,improvement suggestions and safeguard measures in a targeted manner.Finally,it puts forward conclusions and prospects.Through the analysis and research of the G state-owned enterprise group supervision and management system,the research results are systematically combed,and the countermeasures and suggestions applicable to the stateowned enterprise group supervision and management system are refined and summarized.This paper proposes that the G state-owned enterprise group should optimize its own supervision and management system by exploring the establishment of a new type of "supervision" management system,formulating a sound supervision and management mechanism,implementing the effect of supervision and rectification and improving the level of supervisors.As a special kind of enterprise in our country,state-owned enterprises have their uniqueness and certain universality in the construction of supervision and management system.The optimization suggestions for the supervision and management system of the G state-owned enterprise group are also applicable to other state-owned enterprises to a certain extent,and can provide ideas for the construction and optimization of the state-owned enterprise supervision and management system,and play a certain role as a reference.
