| Under the background of the continuous development of social economy,the living standard of the public in China is also improving day by day,so there is room to invest funds in the financial management market,which promotes the variety of financial products of China’s commercial banks to become more diverse,with a large market share.However,in the process of developing financial management business,commercial banks need to pay special attention to some problems in their development.In the context of information asymmetry,banks have more information,but consumers as financial products have not obtained information about products.Consumers can only passively wait for the bank to inform them of relevant information when choosing financial products.This significant asymmetry appears,It will increase the number of consumers with negative attitudes.In addition,there is a lack of consumer protection when purchasing wealth management products,and there is no legal provision that makes the bank’s wealth management products less transparent in information.The problems at the level of information disclosure will hinder the standardized development of financial products of commercial banks in China,and even damage the interests of investors.Information disclosure of related financial products needs further improvement.Based on the elaboration of information asymmetry and other theories,this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign researchers on the information disclosure of bank asset management products,which lays a research foundation for the analysis of this paper.By summarizing relevant research at home and abroad,we can see that in China,the research on the disclosure of bank wealth management products started a little later than overseas,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.The research focus of most researchers is mainly on the internal control of wealth management products,the regulatory system and bank information disclosure and other related issues,while the information disclosure of bank wealth management products has not been paid enough attention.In this research,starting from a macro perspective,based on the overall perspective of China,the actual situation and current problems of information disclosure of wealth management products of commercial banks are studied.Based on the above research,this paper analyzes the information disclosure of banking wealth management,takes Bank of Beijing as the main research object,and introduces the characteristics of banking wealth management business.The narrow scope involved is a relatively significant problem in the information disclosure of wealth management products of commercial banks.Finally,from both internal and external perspectives,it gives relevant adjustment suggestions for the information disclosure of wealth management products of commercial banks:in terms of external optimization,improve the operability of relevant regulations and strengthen the government’s macro-control;in terms of internal optimization,it is necessary to gradually improve The way of information disclosure should improve the effectiveness and mobility of information disclosure,and standardize the way of information disclosure.Gradually establish a sound information disclosure standard system,extend the coverage of wealth management product information disclosure and further improve the bank’s internal supervision level. |
