China's financial products business of commercial banks started late,but with the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to investment banking.Due to the expansion of customer groups,the continuous development of the market,the financial products market continues to expand.However,in practice,the financial products of commercial banks lack of perfect legal norms,and have great risks.In the past few years,the disputes between banks and customers have been rising due to the imperfection of law and the obligation of commercial banks to disclose information.In practice,commercial banks and clients grasp the financial product information in an absolute inequality,the customer can only rely on the information provided by commercial banks to carry out the transaction,commercial banks occupy the absolute dominant position information,at this time,financial products fair hard to find because of the lack of legal constraints.Therefore,to improve the financial information disclosure of financial products must be carried out.This paper analyzes the legal status of commercial bank financial products information disclosure,and uses the cases to draw the information disclosure of commercial banks'financial products,besides,this paper summarizes the financial products of commercial banks information disclosure mainly has the following problems:no special laws and regulations,standards are not standardized,the scope is not comprehensive,the format is not unified,accountability mechanism is not perfect.With reference to the provisions of the commercial bank information disclosure and securities investment fund information disclosure,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the legal norms of information disclosure of financial products.The innovation of this paper lies in three aspects,Firstly,improve the standards of information disclosure,and put forward the standards for the development of information disclosure standards for the development of commercial banks financial products information disclosure norms.Secondly,With reference to the legal provisions of the information disclosure of securities investment funds,this paper puts forward the development of specialized regulations on the disclosure of financial products.Thirdly,uniform Commercial Bank financial product information disclosure format.
