Research On The Supply Of Coastal Tourism Public Health Service In Wanning City, Hainan

As a coastal city on the east line of Hainan Province,Wanning City,with its advantages in rich marine resources and good policy support for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and free trade zone(port)issued by the State Council in recent years,has continuously developed coastal tourism,and coastal tourism has shown a blowout growth.After the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the past two years,the public’s health and health awareness has been constantly enhanced,and health and sanitation of themselves and their environment have been paying more attention.The pursuit of safe and healthy tourism has become more important.Tourism public health service has become an important issue of tourism and even the whole community.In order to promote the high-quality,healthy and sustainable development of tourism,we must pay attention to the improvement of tourism public health service system,strive to provide high-quality and efficient tourism public health services for tourists,and create a healthy,beautiful and reassuring coastal tourism environment.Therefore,taking the supply of coastal tourism public health services as the theme,this paper studies the supply of coastal tourism public health services in Wanning city by using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,in order to put forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions for improving the supply of coastal tourism public health services in Wanning city.In this paper,first of all,we refer to the literature on coastal tourism,tourism public service,tourism health service,and so on,and then combs domestic and foreign literature,and on this basis,it defines the concepts of Coastal Tourism,Tourism Public Health Service,etc.,and then expounds the related theoretical knowledge such as new public service theory,theory of tourist satisfaction and so on.Then,according to the satisfaction evaluation index of tourism public health service,the "Likert five point measurement method" is adopted to design the tourist satisfaction questionnaire,conduct in-depth research on tourists,and use the satisfaction quantification method to evaluate and analyze the research data,find the problems existing in the supply of coastal tourism public health service in Wanning City,and analyze the causes.Finally,combined with the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the supply of coastal tourism public health services in Wanning City,this paper puts forth some relevant advises and countermeasures.That is,to improve the supply of tourism public health services based on demand,give full play to the guiding role of government supply,mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises,and vigorously cultivate the development of social organizations to solve the problem of too single supply subject of tourism public health services;Carry out the standardized management of coastal tourism public health services,improve the long-term fund supply mechanism,and strengthen the coordination mechanism among departments to improve the relevant mechanisms of tourism public health services.
