| With the development of the national economy,small and micro enterprises have become an increasingly important part of the socio-economic system as the main driving force to promote economic development,transform economic structure,and promote social employment.The focus of the national inclusive financial work is to increase the investment of financial institutions in small and micro enterprises.Especially after the COVID-19 in 2020,many small and micro enterprises have serious difficulties in survival due to capital flow,which leads to survival crisis.They urgently need funds to support the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,small and micro enterprises need effective credit funds from financial institutions to support their survival and development.However,after years of credit business development,commercial banks have witnessed too many small and micro enterprises’ credit risks.As for the capital needs of small and micro enterprises,commercial banks not only want to increase support to help them survive and develop,but also drive the improvement of various business indicators of the Bank,but also maintain a cautious attitude towards the financing of small and micro enterprises because of their high credit risk.How to effectively manage the risks of micro-credit while increasing the amount of micro-credit is a problem that commercial banks need to solve.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to study the literature related to the risk management of micro-credit at home and abroad,mainly including the research of micro-credit,micro-credit risk and micro-credit risk management.Then,taking the F branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as an example,the basic situation of the F branch of the Agricultural Bank of China and the existing risk management system of the Agricultural Bank of China are described,and the case analysis method is used in combination with the current situation of the small and micro credit risk management of the F branch of the Agricultural Bank of China to analyze and study the four problems of the F branch’s small and micro credit risk management:untimely identification,single risk assessment method,inadequate risk control measures and imperfect risk monitoring mechanism,and analyze the causes,then put forward corresponding optimization suggestions according to the problems and reasons.This paper hopes to help theF Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China optimize the small and micro credit risk management work with specific suggestions,and play a certain reference significance for the small and micro credit management work of commercial banks. |
