With the continuous improvement of comprehensive economic system,it provides good promoting role for the development of modern logistics industry.At the same time,the national demand for fresh fruit and vegetable products and quality requirements continue to improve,the environment has also changed from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.Although the production capacity of Chinese agriculture and planting industry is continuously improving,production is not the main factor restricting the development of agriculture,but the problems of logistics,distribution and supply chain system are more acute.Especially in the current brand new supply chain which integrates production,transportation,sales and other services,the importance of logistics distribution and marketing mode is becoming more and more obvious.However,under the current circulation system,the loss rate of fresh fruit and vegetable products in our country is as high as 20%,which is far from the 5%loss rate of developed countries.Therefore,the core issue of this study is to optimize the logistics supply chain of fresh fruit and vegetable products.The current logistics supply chain mode of fresh fruit and vegetable can be divided into traditional supply chain mode,"agricultural and supermarket connecting"supply chain mode and emerging supply chain mode.This study analyzed the problems existing in these three supply chain modes respectively.Compared with the traditional agricultural wholesale market mode,the "agricultural and supermarket connecting" mode summarized consumer demand and adopted centralized purchasing and scattered sales mode.Effectively improve the logistics supply efficiency of fresh fruit and vegetable products,so that the freshness and safety of products are guaranteed.However,in this model,farmers and consumers in the supply chain lack reasonable participation in the purchase price and sales price,and the interests of related groups are vulnerable to infringement.Therefore,based on the "agriculture and consumption docking" mode,this thesis further proposes the "agriculture and consumption docking" mode constructed by consumers and farmers,and uses the optimization theory of supply chain management to optimize the "agriculture and consumption docking" supply chain mode.On this basis,it proposes a new supply and marketing mode of fresh vegetables--"agriculture and consumption docking" supply chain mode.Entropy theory is used to evaluate the traditional supply chain model,the"connection between agriculture and super" and the "connection between agriculture and consumption",which proves the advantages of the "connection between agriculture and consumption" supply chain model from a quantitative perspective.It aims to improve the participation of both sides in price adjustment,so as to make fresh fruit and vegetable logistics supply chain more convenient and reduce logistics costs.It can also control product quality and safety from the source to help farmers and consumers achieve a win-win situation.Firstly,this thesis expounds the research background and significance,summarizes relevant research data at home and abroad,and defines the research purpose and technical route of this thesis.Relevant concepts and theories are introduced to provide theoretical support for subsequent research.Secondly,this thesis introduces the formation and development of the logistics supply chain mode of fresh fruit and vegetable,and explores the evolution of the logistics supply chain mode of fresh fruit and vegetable from the aspects of demand,supply,environment,etc.Put forward the construction principle of fresh fruit and vegetable logistics supply chain mode,optimize the process constraints,summarize the key issues in the fresh fruit and vegetable logistics supply chain mode optimization.Finally,three different logistics modes of fresh fruit and vegetable in a certain area of Jiangsu were compared by empirical study.Using supply chain entropy algorithm,green index,people’s livelihood index,economic index and safety index are taken as evaluation factors to build a model for empirical calculation.According to the results of empirical analysis,the value of "agriculture and consumption docking" mode is clarified,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.This thesis hopes to provide some guidance for the sustainable development of fresh fruit and vegetable logistics supply chain.
