Study On The Influence Of Tourist Involvement And Perceived Value On Satisfaction In Qingming Shanghe Park Scenic Spot

With the prosperity of the motherland and the remarkable improvement of social productivity,people’s demand for a better life is increasing day by day,and the more satisfied high-quality tourism experience has become people’s need for a better life,among which the high-quality ancient town tourism is a new way.In recent years,well-preserved and some man-made ancient towns have become popular tourist attractions.As an important branch of modern tourism,ancient town tourism contains profound cultural context,carries a long history,and is an important cultural brand and emotional support of the country and the nation.It is increasingly important and necessary to protect,inherit and develop ancient towns.Tourism lies in the perceived value;the satisfaction of tourists is externalized in the scenic spot itself.Understand the real needs of tourists,from the perspective of tourists,explore a new way to improve the satisfaction of tourists,so as to realize a high degree of interaction between tourist attractions and tourists,and help the development of tourism and the protection,inheritance and development of the ancient town.Based on the above background,This paper is based on the involvement theory,perceived value theory,tourist satisfaction theory,From the perspective of the visitor experience,First,by combing through the relevant domestic and foreign literature,Raising the hypothesis of the influence relationship between tourism involvement,perceived value and satisfaction,Construct a relationship model of"tourism involvement-perceived value-satisfaction",Design of the questionnaire based on the research of the existing scholars,Using the method of questionnaire distribution offline,Face-to-face survey of tourists at the Qingming Shanghe Park,Using SPSS to analyze the overall level and differences of tourists’ tourism involvement,perceived value and satisfaction,Finally,AMOS was used to verify the original research hypothesis and theoretical model.The following study conclusions were finally obtained:From the analysis of the differences in tourism involvement,perceived value and satisfaction,there is no significant difference in gender,age,education,monthly income,occupation and motivation.From the perspective of the overall level of tourism involvement,perceived value and satisfaction,tourists’ degree of involvement,perceived value and satisfaction of the Qingming Shanghe Park are all above the middle level.From the perspective of the "tourism involvement perceived value satisfaction"relationship model,Tourists from the Qingming Shanghe Park,Tourism involvement has a positive impact on the satisfaction,Among them,the three dimensions of tourism center,attraction and self-expression have a positive impact on satisfaction;Tourism involvement has an indirect positive impact on satisfaction through perceived value,Among them,the functional value has an intermediary effect between all the dimensions of tourism involvement and the satisfaction degree,Emotional value has an intermediary effect between all dimensions of tourism involvement and satisfaction,Cost value has an intermediary effect between centrality and satisfaction,and between self-performance on satisfaction;Perceived value has a positive effect on the satisfaction rate,Among them,the three dimensions of functional value of perceived value,cost value and emotional value have a positive impact on satisfaction.Through the study of the Qingming Shanghe Park,Combined with the own characteristics of ancient towns and ancient villages,The tourism development of ancient towns and ancient villages should pay attention to the following aspects:First,Scenic spots should strengthen the attraction of tourists with no difference;second,The construction and design of the scenic spots should be humanized,To create a perfect recreation space;third,Scenic spots should Scenic spots should pay attention to the inheritance of traditional culture,improve the richness of performance activities,Add different types of performance activities;fourth,Scenic spots should take the initiative to improve the participation of tourists,And the interaction with the tourists;fifth,The concept of scenic spots should closely revolve around benefiting the people,Respect for the needs of all ages;sixth,Scenic spots should promote the application of modern technology,Accelerate the reappearance of scenic spot culture.
