Fundamentally speaking,after entering the new century,the focus of enterprise competition focuses on talent.Therefore,for enterprises to stand out in the fierce market competition,we need to implement effective management of human resources.Senior management personnel master the overall strategy of the enterprise,and play a decisive role in the operation of the enterprise.Therefore,the senior management personnel will fully mobilize the work initiative of the enterprise human resource management.C company belongs to a private enterprise engaged in plastic product production,through the research and analysis of its senior management incentive mechanism,found that C incentive system problems,this situation leads to the C loss of high management and high-quality talents,cause C economic benefits continue to shrink,and the severity is gradually increasing.Enterprises lack of competitive advantage in management,resulting in enterprises unable to obtain sustainable and steady development.Therefore,how to effectively solve the incentive problem of senior management personnel of C company,formulate practical and reasonable incentive mechanism for the actual situation of the enterprise,and effectively improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise is the subject that C company needs to focus on at the present stage.The research ideas of this paper follow the basic framework of "literature review-theoretical status analysis-questionnaire-question analysis-policy suggestion".First,on the premise of explaining the basic concepts of senior managers and two-factor theory,the incentive research and two-factor theory research at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of discussing C senior management health factors and incentive factors,through the form of questionnaire survey,analyzed and summarized the existing problems in the company,found that health factors of the company cannot meet the needs of senior management personnel,interpersonal relationship,work environment satisfaction,administrative management compliance,and insufficient equity incentive,strategic identification,internal communication is not smooth.Finally,in view of the problems existing in senior management incentive,C detailed double factor theory influencing factors,build C senior management incentive ideas,and put forward the comprehensive optimization strategy,from improving the leadership importance,shape incentive cultural concept,build responsibility clear division of labor system,improve relevant incentive system and establish regular evaluation feedback communication mechanism for comprehensive optimization.Overall,this paper takes the two-factor theory as the research basis,according to the actual situation of C company,through the literature review,the questionnaire,a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems,and formulate a reasonable and effective incentive measures for C,and then improve the C senior management incentive system,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,promote the rapid and steady development of the enterprise.
