Research On Financial Performance Of Garment Industry Under Asset-Light Operation Mode

Clothing industry is a traditional industry in China,which plays a pivotal role in the national economy.Its development has also promoted the development of the entire economy.Now China has become the largest clothing manufacturing base in the world.However,due to the interweaving of centennial changes and century epidemics,and the sharp increase of global instability,China,as a country highly integrated into the global economic and trade system,cannot stay out of the way,and China’s clothing industry will also face unprecedented challenges.Based on this,this thesis first analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on asset light operation mode and financial performance evaluation,according to the relevant theories and basic principles of financial performance evaluation,combined with the development of China’s clothing industry and the characteristics of asset light operation mode,selects the enterprise financial performance evaluation indicators based on asset light operation mode;Secondly,this thesis also selects the typical asset light operation model of enterprise A in the industry as the case object,and analyzes the financial performance of enterprise A from three aspects.First,through the traditional ratio analysis method and factor analysis method,this thesis comprehensively evaluated the financial performance level of the company under the asset light operation mode from two aspects of its own vertical development and horizontal industry position,and then analyzed the financial performance level of enterprise A under the asset light operation mode from the non-financial indicators.This study finds that the overall financial performance level of enterprise A,which adopts the asset light operation mode,is in the forefront of the industry,in which the profitability and solvency of the enterprise are in the top three of the industry,but the growth ability and operating ability still need to be improved.Finally,according to the results of the financial performance evaluation of enterprise A,this thesis gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which can also be used for reference by domestic clothing enterprises.
