| The 20 th Party Congress has made the promotion of common prosperity for all people as the core meaning of Chinese modernization,which shows the unswerving original intention and mission of the CPC.Compared with the whole country,Guangxi,as the autonomous region with the largest minority population,border area and old revolutionary area,has become a depression of common prosperity due to its history,geography and economic base,and its economic development is generally lagging behind and the regional economic disparity is large,so it is especially important and urgent to promote the process of common prosperity.At the same time,Guangxi is also an area enjoying the prosperity of the border,the support of ethnic policies and the advantages of its location,so it is worth studying how to realize common prosperity on this basis,which has sufficient reference significance for other western ethnic areas in China to move towards the new journey of common prosperity.Taking Guangxi as a specific case,this paper focuses on analyzing its basic conditions and problems in the process of promoting common affluence in practice,and gives an in-depth consideration to the realization of common affluence in border and ethnic areas.Firstly,the concept of common prosperity is defined,and it is made clear that common prosperity is material and spiritual common prosperity,and it is an orderly and differentiated prosperity based on common prosperity;the theoretical sources related to common prosperity are sorted out,including the theoretical origin of common prosperity embedded in the excellent traditional culture of ancient China,the scientific theoretical elaboration of common prosperity by the classical writers of Marx and the innovative development of its scientific theory by the Chinese Communists.The book also covers the scientific theories of common prosperity by the classic writers of Marx and the innovative development of the scientific theories by the Chinese Communists.The theoretical basis for promoting common prosperity is clarified,and the theoretical framework for realizing common prosperity is constructed,which provides a theoretical analysis basis for exploring the practical paths for Guangxi to promote common prosperity solidly.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages of Guangxi in realizing common prosperity as well as the obstacles and difficulties that exist,and provides a basis for realistic analysis of the subsequent path exploration.Guangxi has made certain achievements in promoting social and economic development with good material foundation and location advantages as well as ecological advantages,however,the problem is that due to historical,social and natural conditions,there are problems such as poor industrial foundation,late start,insufficient supply of education resources,outstanding shortage of infrastructure,unbalanced regional development,unsatisfactory industrial structure and difficulties in promoting common prosperity in Guangxi.It is difficult to enhance the common prosperity and so on.Facing and solving these problems will clear the obstacles for Guangxi to make substantial progress in promoting common prosperity.Finally,combining theory and practice,the possible practical paths for Guangxi to achieve common prosperity are proposed.Under the guidance of the basic principles of promoting common prosperity,combined with its specific reality in the process of realizing common prosperity,the path should be to make a bigger cake and cut a better cake with two hands,and in this regard,it proposes to build a solid foundation of common prosperity to promote the high-quality development of Guangxi economy,to do a good job of Guangxi’s "wisdom and will" project to promote spiritual common prosperity,to develop Guangxi with innovation drive,to develop Guangxi’s The possible practice paths are to build a new pattern of all-round development in Guangxi by building the foundation of common wealth and promoting the high-quality development of Guangxi economy,to do a good job of Guangxi "wisdom and will double support" project to promote the spirit of common wealth,to develop Guangxi special industries by innovation,and to expand the opening up.Achieving common prosperity is not only a promise,but also another deepening of the understanding of the laws of socialist economic activities;achieving common prosperity can also be achieved first in one region.As Guangxi enters a new stage of development,it has a solid foundation for development.The problems that exist in the process of promoting the development of common prosperity are representative and special,and the experience it draws is universal,providing a basic reference for building a magnificent Guangxi,as well as providing some experiences that can be used as a reference for other western ethnic areas in China to move towards a new journey of common prosperity. |
