Study On Influencing Factors And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Rural Revitalization In Zhongnan Village,Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County,Guangxi

To revive the nation,the countryside must be revitalized.The revitalization of the countryside is an important strategy to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,which is an inevitable requirement to build a modern socialist country and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Villages with minority characteristics are an important part of the diversified culture of the Chinese nation,a vivid carrier and typical epitome of ethnic culture,and need to explore new development paths in the context of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the analysis of the research background and the current situation of related researches,we take Zhongnan Village of Xiaonan Township,Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County,a national minority characteristic village,as the object,and use the methods of principal component analysis,hierarchical analysis,index transformation method and weighted summation method to explore the current situation and problems of the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village,and then explore the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village from four aspects: economy,ecology,industry and society.The main factors influencing the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village were then investigated in four aspects: economic,ecological,industrial and social.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)After the field investigation,we found that the following problems exist in the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village: firstly,there is a lack of professional talents and the labor force outflow is serious;secondly,the industrial development lacks scale and the comprehensive efficiency of agriculture is low;thirdly,the village architecture lacks scientific planning and the quality of architecture varies;fourthly,the inheritance of Maonan culture faces difficulties and the protection of inheritance is insufficient;fifthly,the infrastructure construction is not perfect,which restricts the development of rural revitalization.(2)Principal component analysis was conducted on the main factors influencing the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village,and two principal components were extracted,among which,the first principal component was the level of economic development and the second principal component was the road traffic and transportation conditions.Further generalization and analysis concluded that regional economic development,industrial structure,human resources and road traffic infrastructure are the main influencing factors on the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan village.(3)The hierarchical analysis method was used to determine the weights of each index,and the index transformation method and weighted summation method were used to calculate the comprehensive development level and the scores of each index in the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan village.The research results show that the overall development level of rural revitalization implementation in Zhongnan Village is low,and it is at the primary stage of consolidating the results of poverty eradication and the initial stage of rural revitalization,and there is still much room for improvement.In the process of rural revitalization,there are differences in the quality of the five indicators,among which “ecological livability” and “effective governance” rank first and second respectively,and the development level of both is the best among the five indicators.The third is “civilized countryside”,and the third is“prosperous life”,while “prosperous industry” has the lowest score and is the weak link in its development.(4)Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors and comprehensive evaluation results of the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village,the strategic focuses suitable for the implementation of rural revitalization in Zhongnan Village are proposed,mainly including the following five aspects: 1)attracting and cultivating talents,retaining and coalescing talents;2)creating a special ethnic industry system and promoting the integrated development of three industries;3)inheriting and protecting the excellent culture of Maonan ethnic group and creating a cultural Zhongnan;4)optimizing the village appearance and improving the infrastructure construction;5)consolidating the construction of grass-roots party organizations and improving the rural governance capacity.(5)By exploring Zhongnan village,a comprehensive evaluation system suitable for villages with minority characteristics in the context of rural revitalization strategy is constructed,and the current development level is analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods to provide new ideas for villages with minority characteristics to implement rural revitalization.Villages with minority characteristics should formulate relevant talent policies according to local conditions,grasp the characteristic ethnic culture development service industry,protect and inherit traditional culture,improve village appearance,and enhance organization construction to achieve comprehensive revitalization of villages with minority characteristics.
