| And clearly put forward to encourage private enterprises to actively fulfill social responsibilities while developing in high quality.To combine social responsibility with enterprise development,it is necessary to integrate social responsibility with enterprise strategy to form strategic corporate social responsibility.This paper chooses Yili as the object of analysis.On the one hand,dairy industry is a rapidly growing industry after China’s economic promotion,which is closely related to national health.On the other hand,Yili occupies a leading position in the dairy industry,and continuously explores how to embed social responsibility into corporate strategy,which plays a leading role for Chinese private enterprises.In this context,this paper first through theoretical analysis,based on stakeholder theory and value creation theory,put forward the strategic corporate social responsibility implementation framework and the implementation path of strategic corporate social responsibility.And construct the value creation mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility.Then,through case analysis,it analyzes the strategic corporate social responsibility implemented by Yili from different paths and the value created.This proves the advantages of integrating strategy and social responsibility,as well as the importance of choosing the implementation path according to the business links of the enterprise.Then the entropy method is used to comprehensively evaluate the value created by strategic corporate social responsibility of Yili.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for implementing strategic corporate social responsibility,which can be used for reference by other related private enterprises.And hopes to encourage private enterprises to perform social responsibility to promote the development of corporate social responsibility in our country.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The integration of strategy and social responsibility is to establish the implementation framework of strategic corporate social responsibility: integrate social responsibility into the corporate vision;establish a social responsibility supervision committee;make a plan;implementation and supervision;establish effective communication.Then,it implements strategic corporate social responsibility from horizontal,vertical and cross paths: charitable social responsibility,instrumental social responsibility and comprehensive social responsibility.Enterprises choose different paths to implement strategic corporate social responsibility according to different businesses.The three paths can be implemented at the same time,and finally realize the double benefits of enterprises and society.2.The external social environment and market background and the enterprise is the enterprise internal demand,driving factors of implementing strategic corporate social responsibility.By choosing different implementation paths of strategic corporate social responsibility,enterprises bring three kinds of values: economic value,social value and customer value.3.Based on the entropy value method of Yili 2015-2021 strategic corporate social responsibility to create value for comprehensive evaluation.The total value score showed a rapid growth trend.Yili upfront input layout make value creation gradually accumulated in the late overlay,makes the value created is rising.Yili implements charitable social responsibility through charitable donation,which can produce short-term market effect and bring economic benefits to the enterprise.The use of instrumental CSR in product innovation,production and marketing has brought irreplaceable resource advantages to Yili.It can enhance core competitiveness,increase market penetration,enhance brand value and create benefits for customers.Yili realizes comprehensive social responsibility through upgrading environmental protection technology and coordinated development with industrial chain.Thus creating economic value,and promote environmental development,industrial chain win-win and other social values. |
