In the background of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility has become a broad consensus of the international community and the moral order of the market order,the behavior of corporate social responsibility is not only the implicit moral pursuit and practice transformation,but also the optimal strategy to expand market share,reduce production costs and gain a competitive advantage.While there are still some enterprises to ignore their own social responsibility,blinding pursuit of business efficiency and making damage to the ecological environment and endanger the interests of the community behavior,such as Sanlu Group annihilation in 2009,Shuanghui Group "meat flesh" crisis in 2011,Volkswagen emissions "fraud" in 2015 and recently Samsung Group "mobile phone battery explosion" crisis.These events have led academia to link CSR with risk management and focus on the internal link between social responsibility and corporate risk from a different perspective,but have not yet seen the relationship between CSR and strategic risk from a strategic perspective.However,with the accelerated implementation of the "internationalization" strategy of Chinese enterprises,the "social responsibility barriers" and "strategic risks" of the international community have become important issues that need to be paid attention to in the strategy of "going out" of Chinese enterprises.Therefore,the study of the relationship between CSR and strategic risk,revealing the impact of CSR on strategic risk,not only conducive to promoting effective social responsibility activities,reduce the adverse impact of corporate strategic risk,but also to promote CSR practice,to achieve sustainable business growth Has a certain practical significance.In order to effectively solve the problem of strategic risk prevention and control,this study takes the social responsibility as the starting point,from the stakeholder perspective and takes the CSR-ethical decision-making strategy as the main line,discusses the following four aspects: first,the composition and measurement of CSR based on stakeholder theory;second,the CSR of stakeholders in different categories whether are different effects on strategic risk;third,the strategic risk is a complex concept,in order to further explore the relationship between CSR and strategic risk,further validation of the relationship between the four dimensions of CSR and strategic risk;Finally,based on the theory of business ethics and group decision theory,it reveals the regulatory role of corporate ethics decision,Under different ethical decision-making mechanisms,whether there is a difference in the relationship between CSR and strategic risk?Based on the survey data of 800 employees in 200 enterprises across the country,this study first uses the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.Secondly,it further validates the correlation between the research variables.Finally,the hierarchical regression analysis method is used to test the 32 hypotheses.The conclusions can be divided into: first,CSR consists of two dimensions of internal and external stakeholder responsibilities.Among them,the internal stakeholder responsibilities include responsibility to shareholders,managers and employees,and external stakeholder responsibilities include responsibility to consumers,partners,the government and the community.Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,it is proved that the CSR measure scale based on stakeholder theory has high reliability and validity,and can meet the needs of research in the real enterprise situation of our country.Second,proved the weakening function of CSR to strategic risk.The implementation of internal stakeholder and external stakeholders‘ responsibility can effectively reduce the risk‘ occurrence degree.Thirdly,it discusses the inhibitory effect of internal and external stakeholders‘ responsibility on the four dimensions of strategic risk.The implementation of internal stakeholder responsibility can effectively avoid the operational,competitive,asset and reputation risk of strategic risk and the implementation of external stakeholder responsibility will have the same result.Fourth,it verifies the moderating effect of ethical decision making.Ethical decision-making is divided into two dimensions of utilitarianism and egoism.Under the regulation of utilitarianism,the internal and external stakeholder responsibility of the enterprise will further weaken the strategic risk,and under the regulation of egoism,the internal and external stakeholders' responsibilities will be further Enhance the strategic risk.In the impact of CSR on the four dimensions of strategic risk,utilitarianism is able to avoid strategic risk with social responsibility,and under the mediation of egoism,the opposite conclusion of strategic risk is obtained.Under the three interactions between CSR and utilitarian decision-making and egoism decisionmaking,the conclusion that internal interaction of stakeholder responsibility and ethical decision-making is further weakened enterprise strategic risk.This research has perfected the relevant theory and practice content of strategic risk,established the research framework of CSR impact on strategic risk under the enterprise's ethical decision-making mechanism,and realized some research development:(1)expanded the related research of CSR.In view of the lack of existing social responsibility and strategic risk relationship research,this article will put social responsibility into business strategy framework,and then explore its influence on strategic risk,study not only reveals the function of CSR,but also support the theoretical system of enterprises to effectively avoid risks through social responsibility.(2)Improve the related research of strategic risk.This study emphasizes the joint effects of external pressure and internal resources on strategic risk,and reveals the inhibition of CSR on corporate risk in china.The research not only directly affect the responsibility of stakeholders on strategic risk,and discusses the moderating effect of ethical decision-making,enrich the research results of strategic risk,but also provide a new research perspective and theoretical model for the study of strategic risk.(3)enrich the related research of ethical decision making.This paper analyzes the moderating effects of ethical decision-making on CSR affect strategic risk;change the previous research perspective on ethical decision making,in-depth analysis of enterprise decision makers of utilitarianism and egoism of cognitive psychology.The different effect of psychological behavior of enterprise decision makers reflects on corporate risk results,facing the external pressure and the operating performance.As the owner of the power,the decision maker needs to make the CSR strategy in line with the expectation of the stakeholders while alleviating the enterprise risk.The result is the shortcomings of the scholars' research on the ethical decision.(4)construct the theoretical model of the relationship between the relation of CSR? ethical decision-making and strategic risk.This provides a new perspective for the study of strategic risk.The establishment of internal and external stakeholder responsibility-utilitarian decision--strategic risk and internal and external stakeholder responsibility-egoism-making strategic risk two paths expand the research ideas of strategic risk,providing a theoretical reference for further research on strategic risk and ethical decision making.
