The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that:high-quality economic development is the core and key of China’s high-quality development,it is the basis for promoting Chinese path to modernization.technology finance is the combination of technology and finance,it plays a vital role in improving China’s independent innovation ability,improving the transformation rate of science and technology into a country,cultivating new industries,and promoting high-quality economic development.The development of technology finance has promoted the change of China’s industrial structure and brought new industrial forms,optimize the industrial structure to promote high-quality economic development.So how to improve the development of science and technology finance,promote the optimization of industrial structure,and achieve high-quality economic development is a topic worthy of study.The arrival of the era of big data has brought opportunities for financial intelligence work.As one of the important branches of information science,financial intelligence research paradigm has gradually moved closer to data.This paper uses panel data of 30 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and Tibet)from 2011 to 2020,On the one hand,the comprehensive evaluation method,a traditional information analysis method,is used for analysis.The index of scientific and technological financial development and high-quality economic development of each province is scored by entropy weight method.The optimization of industrial structure is measured by two indicators,namely,rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.On the other hand,using the regression analysis method,an information science analysis method under the background of big data,by introducing the spatial econometric model,it analyzes the spatial spillover of high-quality economic development by constructing the spatial Dubin double-fixed effect,and analyze the impact of technological and financial development on high-quality economic development in space.Finally,build a mediation effect model,and it analyzes the intermediary effect of industrial structure optimization in the process of technological and financial development and high-quality economic development.The intermediary effect is tested by Sobel test,and relevant conclusions and suggestions are given.The empirical results show that: 1.The high-quality development level of science and technology finance and economy has been improved in 2011~2022,and the development between regions is unbalanced.2.The development of science and technology finance has a positive role in promoting high-quality economic development,and high-quality economic development has spillovers.3.The rationalization of industrial structure contributes about 23.66% of the intermediary role in the impact of technological and financial development on high-quality economic development,and the upgrading of industrial structure contributes about16.61% of the intermediary role.Based on empirical results,and put forward three suggestions: 1.Optimize the operating environment of science and technology finance.It mainly includes:accelerating the training of scientific and technological financial talents,actively playing the leading role of the government,and accelerating the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements.2.Promote the coordinated development of science and technology finance and economy.It mainly includes: high level development areas play a leading role,low level development areas should use their own advantages to shorten regional differences,and strengthen regional exchanges between different regions.3.Promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.We should speed up the pace of industrial structure optimization and issue corresponding optimization policies,and make full use of the development of science and technology to drive the development of China’s high-tech enterprises. |
