Research On The Construction Of China's High-quality Domestic Demand System In The New Development Stag

This is the strategic judgment made by our party at an important moment when the new era begins a new chapter.In the new stage of development,it is necessary to fully implement the new development concept,construct a new development pattern,and promote high-quality economic development.Building a high-quality domestic demand system is essential for achieving high-quality economic development.This article will take the new stage of development as the background,with the goal of promoting high-quality economic development,and use Marx’s theory of needs,new development concepts,and new development patterns as the theoretical basis of this article.It will clarify the connotation and measurement standards of a high-quality domestic demand system,analyze the current situation of China’s domestic demand system,point out the practical obstacles in the process of building a high-quality domestic demand system,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for building a high-quality domestic demand system.Firstly,this article explains the concepts of new development stage,high-quality development,domestic demand,and domestic demand system,and defines the connotation of high-quality domestic demand system based on this.The focus is on Marx’s theory of needs,as well as the theory of new development concepts and new development patterns.Secondly,an analysis was conducted on the current situation of consumption and investment demand in China,and it was found that although the final consumption rate of Chinese residents has slightly decreased,the level of consumption has improved,and people’s demand for spiritual consumption continues to increase.The investment situation is not optimistic,especially the private fixed assets investment,which needs to be attached great importance.Subsequently,standards were constructed to measure the high-quality domestic demand system.Starting from the eight dimensions of completeness,innovation,coordination,green,openness,sharing,standardization,and effectiveness,24 secondary measurement indicators and 52 tertiary measurement indicators were constructed.Then,based on the current situation and measurement standards of the domestic demand system,it is pointed out that there are obstacles in the process of building a high-quality domestic demand system,including both the problems of the domestic demand system itself and the problems caused by inadequate policy measures.Finally,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for building a high-quality domestic demand system in response to practical obstacles.
