Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the development of China’s financial industry has made significant contributions to the national economic construction and economic system reform,especially with the rapid development of the banking industry.Nowadays,domestic and foreign banks are in full bloom,highlighting the competitive pressure.However,urban commercial banks are limited to regional development advantages and are difficult to cope with the market downturn impact of state-owned and foreign banks.They need to innovate and upgrade in product innovation,market development,brand building,and other aspects to respond to market changes.China has successively issued a series of economic reform policies related to inclusive finance,supply chain finance,and green finance,etc.,in an effort to stimulate market potential,adapt to changes in the needs of the times,innovate the economic system,and deepen reform.This paper focuses on the problems of urban commercial banks facing the new economic era of rapid change,single products and services,and insufficient brand influence.Therefore,this paper selects Bank of Jiangsu as a case enterprise to specifically study how to adjust its development strategy in a timely manner,innovate products and services,improve its own brand building,and promote the realization of enterprise value.The paper adopts a research method that combines case study,literature research.qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The full text is based on the value creation theory,PEST analysis theory,enterprise resource and capability analysis theory,and SWOT analysis theory.Based on a systematic study of the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the Harvard framework analysis thinking is used to analyze the driving factors,paths,and mechanisms of development strategy driven value creation in Jiangsu Bank.The replicable paths and successful experiences of value creation in Jiangsu Bank are explored,and the digital intelligence level of Jiangsu Bank is targeted Propose targeted and specific optimization suggestions to further promote the value creation and realization process of Jiangsu Bank,based on the existing issues of the coordination between development strategy and financial strategy,as well as its sustainable development ability.At the same time,the above research provides certain reference and reference for urban commercial banks to creation enterprise value with enterprise characteristics.
