Research On The Linkage Development Of Wenzhou Tourism Industry And Big Data Industry

With the development of science and technology,our industry is facing the transformation and upgrading towards digitalization and intelligence.The importance of data elements is becoming more and more significant,and the big data industry comes into being.As a green sunrise industry and strategic pillar industry,tourism industry provides a stable growth point for social and economic development.In the 14th Five-Year Tourism Development Plan[1]issued by The State Council,it is proposed to promote the development of smart tourism and accelerate the application and popularization of big data and other new technologies in the tourism industry.And the big data industry also needs to take the tourism industry as the platform,so that massive data can be used.This shows the necessity and inevitability of linkage between big data industry and tourism industry.Wenzhou has rich tourism resources and profound cultural deposits.As an important industry driving the prosperity and development of the tertiary industry in Wenzhou,the tourism industry has issued a series of supporting policies.As a key development industry in Zhejiang Province,the Big data Development Administration has been set up in Wenzhou to take charge of the development and operation of the industry.A series of actions have created a good environment for the linkage between the big data industry and the tourism industry.With such strong support,Wenzhou’s tourism and big data industries have developed rapidly.However,there are still some problems affecting the linkage of the industry and hindering the high-quality development of the tourism industry.This study attempts to analyze and evaluate the development level and linkage of the tourism industry and big data industry in Wenzhou from 2011 to 2020 from the perspective of industrial linkage,so as to more intuitively understand the reasons affecting the high-quality development of the tourism industry in Wenzhou,so as to provide opinions and suggestions for the high-quality development of the tourism industry in Wenzhou.Based on industrial linkage,this study selects 18 second-level indicators of Wenzhou’s tourism industry and 8 second-level indicators of big data industry to construct the index system of the development level of two industries,respectively,calculates the comprehensive development level of the two,and then measures the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two.Finally,by establishing the industrial correlation degree model,The interactive development of Wenzhou tourism industry and big data industry is quantitatively calculated.Through the study concluded that wenzhou tourism industry development level and the service support were weighted largest,tourism industry development present the small rise in 10 years,but volatile,peaked in 2019,the comprehensive development level,and affected by the epidemic development level in a certain back in 2020.The development level of the big data industry is relatively modest,reaching its peak in 2017,and showing an overall trend of decline in the following three years,mainly due to the decrease of the resident population in Wenzhou,leading to a decrease in the number of households with Internet access and mobile phone users at the end of the year.The coupling degree between the tourism industry and the big data industry in Wenzhou has been in the high coupling period in the past ten years,while the coupling coordination degree has also experienced dynamic fluctuations in the past ten years,reaching the intermediate coordination state twice in 2017 and 2019.The correlation degree of the two second-level indicators is reasonable.The correlation degree of the first-level indicators of resource support,transportation support and big data industry is high,but the correlation degree of service industry support,social support and big data industry is low.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions and suggestions are put forward:it is necessary to strengthen the application of big data technology to promote the linkage between the tourism industry and the big data industry,and promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry and big data industry;Optimize the tourism industry structure;Need to cultivate and recruit professional tourism talents;Government departments need to introduce targeted policies to promote industrial linkage and Sustainable development of tourism industry.
