In China,the scale of manufacturing enterprises is huge,the number is large,the regional distribution is mostly concentrated in the coastal developed areas,along with the continuous rise of new factories,new industries,the scale of development of large cities is constrained,the construction of small towns starting with cities and counties is becoming more and more popular,and the rural population no longer flows to the distant industrialized cities in the south,but more stays in the surrounding cities,which undoubtedly brings greater pressure to the already competitive labor market.Therefore,whether a sufficient number of employees can be recruited and whether the quality of recruitment can ensure the normal operation of production is the top priority related to the strategic development of enterprises.Moreover,in the specific implementation process of recruitment,due to the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise and the influence of subjective and objective factors such as recruitment staff and applicants,there will inevitably be risks and hidden dangers in the whole process of recruitment.For example,the risk of talent planning and reserve in the early stage of recruitment,the risk of evaluating candidates in the recruitment and selection stage,and the risk of new employee turnover even in the later stage of recruitment.If these risks are not handled well,they will incur losses to the enterprise.As a well-known large-scale chemical fiber product manufacturer in China,X Chemical Fiber Company is located in a coastal city in the south,with a large scale and many workers,and has been a large demand in the local labor market for many years.Every year,the recruitment task of workers is extremely difficult,and due to many internal and external reasons such as the early establishment of the enterprise,the insufficient attention of senior management to recruitment risk management,and the fierce competition in the labor market,the company’s recruitment risk research is particularly urgent.Therefore,this paper takes the recruitment risk management case of X Chemical Fiber Company as an example,and analyzes the risk identification and causes of the company’s recruitment risk management by using human resource risk management theory and risk management theory.Then,the weight of each influencing factor was calculated by analytic hierarchy,and the impact of risk factors was quantitatively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,a set of recruitment risk management strategies applicable to the company is proposed.Based on the practical case analysis of the recruitment risk management work of X Chemical Fiber Company,guided by comprehensive risk management theory and recruitment risk management theory,this paper analyzes the recruitment risk management process of X Chemical Fiber Company,and divides the recruitment management process of X Chemical Fiber Company into the planning preparation stage,recruitment stage,selection stage,hire stage and effect evaluation stage,and identifies 21 risk factors.Then,by constructing a recruitment risk evaluation index system,the overall recruitment risk of X Chemical Fiber Company is evaluated as a medium risk level.Finally,the company’s response measures to various risk factors were systematically considered,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.Such as setting up a risk management department,strengthening the analysis of jobs,standardizing the recruitment process of enterprises,and building a scientific testing system.This has a profound impact on X chemical fiber company to reduce the probability of recruitment risks,reduce the degree of impact of risks,improve the recruitment level of enterprises,optimize recruitment work,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,through the research of recruitment risk management of X Chemical Fiber Company to enrich the theoretical research of recruitment risk management of manufacturing enterprises,it has certain reference significance for the empirical research of enterprise recruitment risk. |
