| With the continuous social and economic changes in China,the increasingly complex market environment has led to more and more intense competition among enterprises.In order to achieve a stable position in the rapidly changing market environment,enterprises need managers with global and forward-looking management thinking,to achieve integrated planning,strategic layout,and to play the corresponding strategic effect of each function.The use of value chain theory helps enterprises integrate resources and clarify their core competitive advantages,and they can implement more efficient management activities based on the value chain.As an important part of the functional strategy of an enterprise,financial strategy plays a key role in the long-term development of an enterprise.Each enterprise has its own uniqueness,and it is very necessary for an enterprise to formulate a personalized financial strategy that meets its own characteristics and future development direction.Based on the value chain theory,we analyze and formulate suitable financial strategy for the enterprise,and use the value chain theory to realize the optimal allocation of financial resources of the enterprise.While ensuring that the planning of financial strategy is more systematic and more in line with the enterprise’s own situation,the financial strategy can also better serve the activities in the value chain,help the enterprise reduce costs and increase efficiency,give full play to its functions,achieve maximize enterprise value and promote sustainable development.The widespread use of the Internet economy and the rapid development of e-commerce platforms have provided a huge market for the logistics industry,but with it comes fierce competition within the industry,which requires logistics companies to be able to develop a more comprehensive financial strategy based on the market and form a competitive advantage for differentiation.Therefore,this paper selects Shunfeng Holdings,a leading company in the industry,as a case company to analyze the financial strategy implemented by the company based on the perspective of value chain.Firstly,we introduce the financial strategy implemented by SF Holdings based on internal and external value chain,and evaluate the effectiveness of its strategy implementation from financial and non-financial perspectives by selecting relevant indicators based on the balanced scorecard evaluation method,from which we find some associated problems arising from the implementation of SF Holdings’ financial strategy at the present stage,and then combine the actual situation of SF Holdings and the outlook of the enterprise in the future,and from the perspective of value chain Then,we propose the optimized countermeasures of the financial strategy from the perspective of value chain and the related guarantee measures.The research in this paper provides new ideas for the formulation of financial strategy by playing the guiding role of value chain,and promotes the establishment of effective financial strategy associated with value activities,which can further improve the financial strategy of SF Holdings,create new core competitiveness while safeguarding the original competitive advantage,enhance the comprehensive capability of the enterprise,and jointly help the development of the enterprise,while hoping to provide other enterprises in the industry with reference significance,and bring new inspiration for the longterm and stable development of enterprises. |
