| At present,the new industrial reform,technological revolution and economic growth is driving the high quality economic growth,industrial development also entered a stage of challenges,and hope to domestic cities investment subject,industrial park to carry out the investment promotion and capital introduction,and the development of regional economy has brought more serious challenges,but also provides us with a promising development environment.As a gathering place of industries and talents,industrial parks undertake the major mission of undertaking and cultivating emerging advanced industries,promoting industrial agglomeration and residents living and working in peace and contentment,and promoting the rapid development of regional economy,and are also an important carrier to enhance regional comprehensive competitiveness.For production city integration development of the park,industry is the gap,is the core and the key of all development,today’s industrial layout is tomorrow industry system,is the foundation of the future urban development,and investment promotion and capital introduction is the main means of industry planning and urban development,constantly optimize investment promotion and capital introduction strategy is particularly important.The optimization of investment attraction strategy of industrial parks from the perspective of industry-city integration has important theoretical and practical value for the continuous transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of regional economy similar to the integrated development of industry and city.This paper selects SY Industrial Park as the research object,Based on the problems existing in SY Industrial Park based on the perspective of industry-city integration,First of all,starting with the research status of industrial park,industry-city integration,investment attraction strategy and the theories of industry-city integration,industrial life cycle,job and housing balance,investment attraction strategy and other strategies,Combined with the PESTEL model and the Porter five-force model,the external environment of SY Industrial Park investment attraction is analyzed,and the SWOT analysis model is used for the internal environment analysis;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,we investigated and analyzed the influencing factors of investment attraction from the perspective of SY Industrial Park integration,In terms of industrial supporting facilities,resource endowment,investment promotion policy,investment promotion mode,capital allocation mode,business environment and so on,Analysis proves the current investment strategy implementation and existing industry supporting weak industry positioning is not accurate,investment resources cause investment direction is not clear,investment policy single investment attraction is not strong,learn enough to cause the investment mode innovation,lack of funds cause project with relatively small,insufficient professional service cause business environment is not good;Then summarize and propose to improve the supporting industry and optimize the leading industry,Create resource advantages to optimize the investment direction,Improve special systems and optimize investment attraction policies,Innovate investment promotion ideas and optimize investment promotion methods,Expand capital channels and optimize the capital allocation mechanism,Strengthening pro-business services and optimizing the business environment Put forward the safeguard measures to strengthen the training of investment promotion personnel and team building,improve the assessment and incentive methods and the use of funds,and ensure the implementation of projects and investment promotion resources;Finally,the research conclusions and prospects are summarized and refined,In order to help SY industrial Park to optimize the investment attraction strategy,It also provides new ideas and methods for the optimization of investment attraction strategies in similar industrial parks. |
