Yixing’s tea industry is a traditional advantaged agricultural industry,and plays an important role in the economy of the southern hilly area.With the rapid development of national economy,people’s demand for healthy drinks is rising day by day,and tea is favored by consumers for its environmental protection and safety characteristics.Yixing City is located in the south of the Yangtze River,with perfect natural scenery and rich tea resources.Yixing’s tea industry has made great progress in recent years,benefiting from the continuous opening of domestic and foreign markets and people’s pursuit of high-quality life.However,the tea industry in Yixing still faces many challenges due to four problems:scattered tea production and cultivation,low level of product packaging and processing,backward transportation and logistics information,insufficient market brand promotion and product sales channels.In the future,we must take action to solve these problems and promote greater development of the industry.This thesis mainly discusses the basic theory of tea industry development,including the concept of industry chain,PEST analysis theory,tea industry chain management theory and collaborative evaluation theory,in order to provide effective theoretical guidance for the development of tea industry in Yixing.This thesis analyzes the development environment of tea industry in Yixing from the aspects of regional climate environment,resource environment,political environment,economic environment,scientific and technological environment and cultural environment,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of tea industry in these environments.Based on the development status of tea industry in Yixing City,a comprehensive and systematic analysis is carried out from the aspects of production and cultivation,product packaging and processing,transportation and logistics information,market brand promotion and product sales,and the problems and causes in the development of tea industry in Yixing City are discussed in depth,providing effective reference for the following countermeasures.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the factors at all levels are comprehensively evaluated.Use the formula of the synergy model to calculate the value for quantitative analysis and weight distribution,carry out the synergy evaluation analysis from the perspective of the whole tea industry chain,find out the problems affecting the development of Yixing tea industry from the perspective of the whole industry chain,especially analyze the coordination and coordination of vertical integration,and draw the development trend of Yixing tea industry.Through the analysis of the resources and environment of Yixing tea industry,Combined with the conclusions of empirical research,effective countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to solve the problems in the current tea industry chain in Yixing.Countermeasures and suggestions include: strengthening the vertical integration economy of Yixing tea industry,strengthening regional economic cooperation,building industrial trade zones,creating characteristic tea culture industry,cultivating Yixing tea culture brand,promoting the further extension of the tea industry chain,and improving the added value of the tea industry.Through continuous efforts,we hope to promote the further development of Yixing tea industry.
