| In recent years,the state has introduced various initiatives to support the development of small and micro enterprises,especially for the problem of expensive financing and difficult financing,financial institutions gradually focus on developing credit business for small and micro enterprises.However,due to their Weak risk resistance and irregular development,the non-performing rate of micro and small enterprises’ credit business remains high,which makes it difficult for the bank to complete various indicators.Therefore,how to effectively control the risk of credit business of micro and small enterprises has become the main research content of commercial banks.According to the own characteristics of micro and small enterprises,constructing relevant risk assessment models to evaluate their risk situation,and proposing corresponding improvement measures for their risk points so that commercial banks can better provide financing services for the development of micro and small enterprises are the key factors to solve this problem.This thesis uses fuzzy hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify risks,evaluate risks and propose improvement measures for the credit business of micro and small enterprises in Bank A.This thesis uses theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the risk factors that form the non-performing loans of micro and small enterprises through the case of Bank A B.It summarizes the credit risk of micro and small enterprises,the operational risk of banks,and the external market risk in three aspects,and uses fuzzy hierarchical analysis to obtain data by issuing questionnaires to the staff of Bank A.The calculation obtains the Weights of each factor,and then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method The evaluation is carried out,and corresponding control measures are proposed according to the evaluation results. |
