The strategy of promoting the "high-quality development" of the economy and society has been mentioned several times in the report of the Party’s twenty National Congresses.National development requires enterprises to adhere to their own high-quality development and promote high-quality consumption of the people,which brings opportunities and challenges for enterprises to seek high-quality supply and meet high-quality consumption.To promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy has become an important way to coordinate the contradiction between supply and demand.The awakening of consumer sovereignty also continuously promotes the reconstruction of the pattern of "people,goods and places" in the retail industry,which is bound to produce the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance.In order to adapt to the changing needs,the retail industry has begun to step into the ranks of digital transformation.This paper takes Yonghui Supermarket as the research object to study the annual data from 2017 to 2021.Analyze the process of external resource absorption in the process of digital transformation,and explore whether the digital transformation of Yonghui supermarket has brought positive influence in the industry.And according to the adjustment strategy of Yonghui,it analyzes whether its basic management ability,innovation and development ability,social contribution and other non-financial performance can also bring the value of reputation enhancement and status enhancement to the enterprise.Through the analysis of this paper,it is found that the main reasons why the financial performance of Yonghui supermarket fails to meet the expectations are its own strategy and operation ability,the overall disharmony of financial relationship and the comprehensive formation of the variable external market.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to control the cost,increase the digitization degree of synergistic effect,strengthen the digital application of channel integration and resource allocation.
