With the continuous development of China’s economy,the western countries try to hinder China’s development in technology,economy and other fields through the "choke technology" sanctions,and continue to maintain China’s low-end manufacturing level in the international supply chain.Therefore,it is one of the important tasks of China at the current stage to break through the problems in the scientific frontier and high-tech fields.The importance of high-tech self-reliance has become increasingly prominent,which has attracted the attention of experts in various industries and fields as well as the national level.In fact,the key to winning the battle of key core technologies is to continuously overcome difficulties in a centralized way by a science and technology breakthrough team composed of experts with the same intentions and goals,complementary skills and related professional fields.The optimization of innovation path is the combination of innovation methods adopted in the process of completing tasks,which directly determines the level of individual innovation ability,and then affects the generation of team innovation performance.Therefore,the research on the optimization of innovation path by the science and technology breakthrough team plays an important role in promoting the innovation ability of enterprises and breaking through the "choke technology" problems.Based on the literature review of scientific and technological innovation team,science and technology breakthrough team and wolf pack algorithm thought at home and abroad,this paper first defines science and technology breakthrough team and science and technology breakthrough task,and summarizes the wolf pack algorithm thought.Secondly,it analyzes the strong correlation between individual innovation ability and team performance,constructs the individual innovation ability model,and then creates a wolf pack algorithm to solve the problem of science and technology breakthrough team optimization innovation path.Then,the improved wolf pack algorithm was used to optimize the hypothesis of optimizing the innovation path,verify the original hypothesis,and confirm that the single-stage optimization innovation path of science and technology breakthrough team is: task division map,frontier training,individual innovation,platform mutual assistance,group breakthrough,and collective breakthrough.The whole stage optimization innovation path is the natural link from the formation period to the sprint period,The boundary conditions for optimizing the operation of innovation path are analyzed and extracted.Finally,a case analysis is carried out.The research results provide theoretical support for winning the battle of key core technologies.
