| In recent years,offshore trade as a new type of international trade is gradually being paid real attention to,which not only promotes the economic growth and trade transformation of the pilot free trade zone,but also greatly improves the international economic status and international market competitiveness of the host country.As of September 2022,China has set up 21 pilot free trade zones,among which Lin-Gang Special Area is a special and representative one directly approved by the State Council,and its innovation in offshore business has a guiding role in guiding the development of other free trade zones in China.This paper intends to study the innovation path of offshore business in the Lin-Gang Special Area,taking its offshore trade as an example to sort out.At the same time,the "new" and "special" aspects of it will be summarized,and the extended Balassa model will be applied to study the influencing factors of the offshore trade effect in Lin-Gang Special Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,and then relevant suggestions will be made to promote the innovation path of offshore trade in it.The proposed measures are then proposed to promote the innovation path of offshore trade in the Lin-Gang Special Area.The main body of this paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.It focuses on the background of the study,the significance of the study,the main research ideas,contents,methods,and the innovation of this paper.The second part introduces the relevant concepts and literature review.The concepts related to free trade pilot zone and offshore business are clarified,and the research results at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed from the theoretical analysis of the causes of offshore trade,the effectiveness and experience of offshore business development at home and abroad,the importance of developing offshore business in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,the influencing factors of offshore business in Shanghai FTZ,and the research direction on the measurement methods of international trade influencing factors.The third part is to sort out the current situation of the development of the Lin-Gang Special Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,analyze the development of the Lin-Gang Special Area based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of trade intermediation under the framework of economic theory,and further analyze the significance of the development of offshore business in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone by comparing the development of offshore business in the Lin-Gang Special Area with the global key free trade zones.The fourth part is an empirical study on the effect of offshore trade in Shanghai FTZ,which measures the influencing factors of offshore trade in Shanghai FTZ by constructing an import and export demand regression model-Balassa model,and on this basis,further proves the theoretical arguments and current situation analysis.The fifth part is the innovation path of offshore business in the Lin-Gang Special Area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone,which finds the bottlenecks of its current development and proposes countermeasures through the development of the Lin-Gang Special Area,and further analyzes the innovation path framework of offshore business in the Lin-Gang Special Area with the empirical findings,and analyzes the impact of policies on the innovation development,especially from the perspectives of international trade support system,trade liberalization,and offshore financial development.The sixth part is based on the main analysis results and experience of the article,and the actual situation of the Lin-Gang Special Area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone.It is to put forward the development suggestions suitable for offshore trade innovation based on the actual situation of the new the Lin-Gang Special Area. |
