Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Bailong Dongfan

The textile industry has a significant position in China’s long river of development,in the fiscal taxation,the textiles industry has contributed solid strength.In social responsibility,textile industry undertakes most of social employment responsibility;In terms of cultural casting,China’s textile industry carries out brand culture innovation and strives for international market advantages.As the earliest company involved in the color spinning industry,BROS EASTERN’s color spinning products are highly sought after by the market because of their high quality and bright colors.Therefore,in order to explore the real financial performance of BROS EASTERN,we should attach importance to the financial performance level of enterprises,this paper appraises and analyzes the financial performance of BROS EASTERN from the perspective of economic value added(EVA),proposes countermeasures to solve existing problems,and hopes that the company’s value will continue to increase.This paper takes BROS EASTERN as the research object of financial performance evaluation.First,it explains the pertinent theoretical framework used,which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the financial performance of BROS EASTERN later.Secondly,it analyzes the three financial statements and financial indicators of BROS EASTERN from the perspective of traditional financial performance.Then,this paper calculates the EVA value of BROS EASTERN,and compares the EVA index in recent years with the traditional financial index,which shows that EVA evaluation method has good applicability in the corporate financial performance evaluation.Through the analysis of financial performance,it is found that the capital structure of BROS EASTERN needs to be optimized,the efficiency of asset operation needs to be strengthened and the profitability needs to be improved.To some extent,these problems will affect the value promotion and long-term development of BROS EASTERN.As a result,this article recommends optimizing the capital structure,improve the efficiency of asset operation and profitability for the deficiencies in the financial performance of BROS EASTERN.At the same time,it is suggested that BROS EASTERN further improve the evaluation system of financial performance indicators and improve the financial performance of the company.
