Research On New Hope Liuhe's Operating Capital Management Under The Whole Industry Chain Strateg

With the deepening implementation of the full industry chain strategy in China’s agricultural and animal husbandry industry,the industry is facing significant development opportunities.The strategic development of the entire industrial chain requires enterprises to accelerate industrial structure adjustment,form an industrial pattern composed of upstream animal feed enterprises,midstream livestock and poultry breeding enterprises,downstream slaughtering and processing enterprises,and downstream consumer enterprises,and form a complete and efficient industrial chain.Although the full industry chain strategy can improve efficiency,ensure quality,and reduce costs,to achieve the full industry chain strategy,it must have good financial,internal management,and market forecasting capabilities.At the same time,enterprises also need to consider the collaboration and coordination issues of various industrial chain links to achieve the maximization of enterprise benefits.In this context,studying how to improve the management level of working capital under the whole industry chain strategy is the key to ensure the steady progress of the whole industry chain strategy of enterprises and achieve efficient and sustainable development.From the perspective of the whole industry chain strategy,this paper uses the case analysis method to select New Hope Liuhe(000876),one of the leading agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises in China,which has an early transformation of the whole industry chain and a complete layout of the whole industry chain,as the research object.Based on the channel management theory,synergy theory and 3E benefit theory,this paper discusses its working capital management model and measures under the whole industry chain strategy,Through the analysis of working capital management under the whole industry chain strategy of New Hope Liuhe and the performance evaluation,it is found that the overall working capital management ability of New Hope Liuhe is at a high level,but there are deficiencies in inventory,bad debt and other aspects of management.For the problems in its working capital management,optimization suggestions and enlightenment are given,in order to provide effective reference ideas for other enterprises to use working capital management to improve the efficiency of industrial integration.
