In today’s market economy,the competition between enterprises has actually come down to the competition among talents.That is to say,only the enterprise with more talents can ensure their loyalty to the enterprise and maximize the value of talents can develop for a long time.However,in today’s workplace where the trend of "cake painting" is prevalent,the enterprise unilaterally requires the loyalty of employees but fails to take measures to maintain it,so that employees feel that the unwritten "psychological contract" between the enterprise and the enterprise has been broken.The incidents such as lying flat and lying,frequent job-hopping,and leaking secrets are common.For these enterprises suffering from low employee loyalty,it is a waste of resources,which is not conducive to long-term development.As a beverage enterprise with the background of state capital,Y Company has faced increasingly severe employee turnover in recent years due to fierce industrial competition and the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic.How to effectively enhance employee loyalty,retain outstanding talents,promote the value of talents,and maintain the leading edge of the industry in the following competition is an urgent problem for Y Company to solve.This paper mainly explores the improvement of employee loyalty in Y Company from the perspective of psychological contract.Firstly,through in-depth summary and research of relevant theories and literature basis,taking the interaction between the three dimensions of psychological contract and employee loyalty as theoretical reference,combined with the actual research of this paper to define related concepts,and initially formed three scales of employee loyalty status(turnover intention),psychological contract and influencing factors of employee loyalty.By means of questionnaire survey,employee interview and other methods,the current management status of low employee loyalty in Y Company is obtained.It is clear that each dimension of psychological contract has significant positive correlation with the current situation of employee loyalty(turnover intention)and the influencing factors of employee loyalty.The realization degree of psychological contract of employees in Y Company at the present stage is analyzed.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of the current situation,forms a logical model of the current situation of employee loyalty,psychological contract and influencing factors of employee loyalty according to the research conclusions,and puts forward the strategy suitable for Y Company to improve employee loyalty at the present stage based on the three-dimensional psychological contract and the influencing factors of employee loyalty.By developing safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of countermeasures,Finally,the limitation and improvement direction in the research process are discussed.In this paper,the employee loyalty promotion strategies formulated by Y Company are as follows:in terms of development dimension,internal talent flow,hierarchical training mechanism,introduction of "flexible working system",accelerating organizational reform,improving human resource level and corporate image,etc.In terms of interpersonal dimension,emotional management and people-oriented management are implemented,and leaders’ drive and social responsibility consciousness are strengthened.In terms of normative dimensions,it focuses on daily office security,providing competitive welfare security,optimizing salary system,promoting tenure system,contractual mechanism and entertainment-oriented assessment and incentive methods,forming a theoretical system to enhance employee loyalty based on psychological contract,and greatly expanding the theoretical research space of the three dimensions of psychological contract.The research results of this paper can provide reference value for similar enterprises in improving employee loyalty.
