Optimizing the management of enterprise marketing channels can not only help to expand the competitive advantages of enterprises in the relevant markets,but also bring tremendous help to the realization of enterprise marketing objectives.At the same time,it has important significance for the future planning and development of the company.In order to enhance its competitiveness in the health products market,X Health Industry(Group)Company urgently needs to optimize its marketing channels and related management measures.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation and management measures of marketing channels of X Health Industry(Group)Company,to find out and reveal its weaknesses and deficiencies in marketing channels,management methods and framework,and to put forward and construct a suitable X Health Product based on management theory and related marketing channel management theory.Optimizing ways and management measures of marketing channels of industrial(group)companies.Through optimizing the marketing channels of the existing X health industry(group)company and related research,on the one hand,it can optimize and improve the fluency of the marketing channels of X health industry(group)company,give full play to the exploiting role of the channels in the health product market as far as possible,and improve the overall operation of each member of the marketing channels.On the other hand,it can reduce the management expenditure and cost of X health industry(group)company in marketing channels as much as possible,and build a win-win situation among enterprises,marketing channels and end consumers,so as to realize X public.The company’s goal of establishing a dominant position in the market competition of health care products is to further enhance the overall profitability and ability of X Health Industry(Group)Company to sell health care products,expand the coverage of its own health care products in the relevant health care products market,and maximize the company’s revenue.The research results of this paper can also provide useful practical reference for other similar enterprises to solve their own marketing channels and management problems.It has practical significance and practical significance for enterprises to implement the scientific,normative and efficient marketing channel management.It can also help those small and medium-sized enterprises which have just started to fully realize the importance of marketing channel construction.For those relatively mature enterprises,we can find out the defects and shortcomings of their marketing channels according to the relevant research results of this paper,so as to further improve the existing marketing channel management mechanism.
