In November 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Central Committee officially proposed:"Develop inclusive finance.Encourage financial innovation and enrich the financial market level and products."This is the first time that the Party Central Committee has used the concept of "inclusive finance"in formal documents,which means that the inclusive financial system will be greater to promote and develop.In 2022,the government work report once again stated that inclusive financial loans will continue to expand,increase,and reduce prices,which put forward higher and updated requirements for the development of inclusive finance.As a large state-owned commercial bank,China Postal Savings Bank has established the development concept of inclusive finance since its establishment,and regards the inclusive finance field as a key sector for future development.The inclusive financial strategy is an important deployment of China Postal Savings Bank in order to implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s vigorous development of inclusive finance.It is an important measure to implement the 20th spirit of the party,adhere to the return of finance to the source,and serve the real economy.This article takes China Postal Savings Bank YZ Branch inclusive financial business as the research object,PEST and 7PS classic marketing theory as the theoretical basis,start with the analysis of the marketing status of the bank,study the problems and causes of business marketing,and design in combination with the actual situation.There are 7 specific marketing strategies,including the implementation of product strategies that strengthen market segmentation and strengthen product customized branding,implement a price strategy of differentiated and precise pricing,implement the efficiency of increasing outlets,strengthen regional outlet construction,improve online services Experience channel strategy,implementing promotional strategies for innovative public relations,establishing a marketing evaluation mechanism,implementing personnel strategies that optimize performance evaluation,improve training participation,implement the process strategy of improving the time limit for approval,strengthening the attention of the customer’s entire process experience,and implementation Improve the tangible display strategies of the environmental design and innovative propaganda methods.
