| In recent years,the country has increased its financial expenditure on scientific research projects in the information industry,with the fast development of communication technology in China.Scientific research units in the information field,as the primary base of scientific research and technological development,are the primary units to undertake national scientific research and innovation work,as well as scientific research projects.However,as the number of scientific research projects grows,there are many phenomena such as low efficiency,unclear use,and unreasonable behavior in the process of reusing financial funds.With the increased capital input and the rapid pace of technological change,information research institutes are focusing more on the performance evaluation management of research and development projects.This paper investigates scientific research units in the field of information and develops a financial project performance evaluation system that is not only conducive to improving the importance of financial project performance evaluation of scientific research units in the field of information,but also conducive to investigating the organic combination of performance evaluation theory of information scientific research units and performance management practice of sci Simultaneously,it can provide reference and practice ideas for other units,as well as make performance evaluation more objective and scientific,thereby stimulating the vitality of scientific research.Starting with the systematization of economic management and the study of relevant basic theories,the performance analysis of financial projects in information research institutes is carried out,and problems in the project research process are discovered.The objective of information scientific research projects is decomposed by introducing the balanced scorecard theory,and a reasonable performance evaluation index of financial projects of information scientific research institutions is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is then used to assign weights to each index before building a fuzzy comprehensive analysis model based on AHP to test it.Simultaneously,three financial projects of an information research institute are analyzed,relevant conclusions are drawn,and reasonable recommendations are made. |
