| In recent years,the booming development of the digital economy market along with the emerging "Industrial Internet" market has become the key driver of world economy,as well as the significant driving force in terms of China.Being as the constructor of Internet infrastructure,telecommunication operators play an important role in building a "strong manufacturing country" and an "Internet power".Under this background,China Telecom has raised the strategic plan of turning into the industry of cloud computing,artificial intelligence and big data.Being as the representative operator in north area of China,China Telecom B Branch enjoys a vast potential market nevertheless facing several tough challenges such as the unsustainable growth and the urgent transfer from traditional service to new business.This thesis analysis its development strategy by looking closely of its strengths and weaknesses on the base of the situation in its area under the circumstance of China’s policy,in which method,to improve the competence and increase the market share.Taking China Telecom B Branch as the case,this thesis firstly analyses its situation from the perspective of macro environment and micro environment.Secondly,by using strategic management tool SWOT model,the thesis analyses qualitatively on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the enterprise B.Furthermore,it has been analyzed quantitatively by tool QSPM matrix in order to screen out the optimal strategic choice for China Telecom B Branch.Finally,based on the optimal development strategy,the paper raises up strategic guarantee methods from several perspectives listed as organizational structure,the human resources and product capability.This thesis makes an relatively deep research on the development strategy choice of China Telecom B Branch,which provides a theoretical reference and practical guidance for the telecommunication operators in north of China,to help them make better transfer to intelligent industry and find new growth service. |
