Actively developing personal insurance in villages and towns and providing personal security for residents in villages and towns is not only an important part of serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",but also a requirement to achieve "a more sound multi-level social security system".The collection&development system of insurance agency team can solve the problems that traditional marketing agents are unwilling to spend more time on after-sales service and "orphan insurance policy" by integrating sales channels and service resources to conduct regional management of customers.However,there are still many problems in the management of collection&development township teams,which cannot meet the development needs of township personal insurance.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of the team by optimizing the management mode of the collection&development township team,so as to improve the service experience of township customers,retain corporate customers,promote the extension of insurance services to villages and towns,and improve the level of social welfare security.Based on the relevant theories of enterprise team management and referring to a large number of documents at home and abroad,taking China Life Z Branch as an example,this paper first introduces the current situation of the management mode of the collection&development township teams of China Life Insurance Z Branch and analyzes its existing problems,including:Low level of agents and poor retention caused by the recruitment and cultivation model;The incentive model leads to the prevalence of utilitarianism culture and poor service;The agent structure mode leads to low level of collaboration;The lack of institutionalization is caused by the back-office leading management mode.On this basis,specific measures are proposed to optimize the management mode,including:Optimizing the team recruitment and cultivation mode by effectively adding new teams and cultivating new team members;Realizing the optimization of team incentive mode through the creation of service culture and promotion culture;Improving the level of team collaboration through the construction of field functional groups and the standardization of internal supervision;Realizing the institutionalization of team management through system operation and weekly operation construction.The practice shows that the management model optimization measures proposed in this paper are feasible,effectively improving the quality of the team agent,improving the customer experience of the "orphan insurance policy",and realizing the stable growth of the team premium scale.Therefore,it is suggested that there are still many customers in the villages and towns that need insurance services,especially for companies with a high market share such as China Life,we must pay attention to the management of collection&development township teams;Insurance companies should pay more attention to team management rather than blindly pursuing sales business.They should focus on team development in the long run to avoid the gap of age in the agent team;The insurance industry should upgrade and refine the regulatory requirements of the industry on the basis of the introduction of strengthened market regulation,and build a clean and healthy Chinese insurance industry;Compared with developed countries with mature insurance markets,residents are not very active in allocating insurance.The government needs to continue to strengthen insurance publicity and education for the public,so that the insurance industry can play a better role as a social stabilizer. |
