| As the capillaries of the social body,small and micro enterprises play an important role in improving people’s livelihood and promoting employment,and are an important force in promoting economic and social development.However,its "difficult and expensive financing" problem has been the main factor hindering the development of small and micro enterprises.In the past three years,the government has introduced a number of measures to deepen financial support for small and micro enterprises,encouraging financial institutions to provide effective and accurate credit support to small and micro enterprises,in order to alleviate the funding bottleneck in the development of small and micro enterprises.As a county-level legal entity in Jiangsu Province,YZ Rural Commercial Bank is rooted in the county,making full use of its competitive advantages of flexible operating mechanism,small scale,and small customers,adhering to serving the three rural areas,focusing on the customer groups of small and medium-sized enterprises,and promoting the development of local real economy.However,with the national policy of vigorously developing inclusive finance,the market-oriented reform of interest rates,the downward shift of state-owned large banks’ business,and the rapid development of internet finance,the credit business of small and micro enterprises has gradually become a red sea for financial institutions to compete.In this context,YZ Rural Commercial Bank,as a grassroots bank serving "supporting agriculture and supporting small businesses," needs to continuously innovate in accordance with the market environment,take positive measures,continuously improve the development strategy of small and micro enterprise credit business,explore the credit needs of small and micro enterprises,and build new competitive advantages,in order to alleviate the pressure on profit objectives and credit risks,and assist local economic development,improve people’s well-being,and promote social harmony.This article mainly studies how to develop the credit business of small and micro enterprises by taking the behavior of YZ farmers as an example.Firstly,this article summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of small and micro enterprise credit business,and then based on the specific situation of the development of small and micro enterprise credit business of YZ Rural Commercial Bank,through questionnaires and interviews,identify the problems in the development of small and micro enterprise credit business of YZ Rural Commercial Bank,and deeply analyze the causes of the problems,ultimately from product design,marketing promotion Specific optimization strategies are proposed from the four aspects of process optimization and risk prevention and control,which can be summarized as reducing the cost of credit funds,accelerating product innovation to win customers;Strengthen the allocation of human resources,optimize incentive measures to improve marketing capabilities;Optimize the process,enable technology,and promote the construction of intelligent channels to improve the efficiency of loan handling;Strengthen risk management and control throughout the process to ensure the stable operation of small and micro credit business.Through the research on the development of small and micro enterprise credit business of YZ Agricultural Commercial Bank,this article not only provides effective strategic suggestions for YZ Agricultural Commercial Bank on how to develop small and micro enterprise credit business,but also has certain reference significance for other similar financial institutions on how to do a good job in small and micro enterprise credit business. |
