Abstract/Summary:
Since Peter Drucker put forward the concept of "human resources",scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad have carried out extensive practical exploration on it,and accumulated rich academic research achievements in the field of human resources management on this basis. However, some scholars criticized that the theoretical research in the field of human resource management is increasingly divorced from practice and has no value to the actual enterprise practice. In this context,a systematic review and comparison of the frontier hotspots and development trends in the field of human resource management at home and abroad, and a reflection on the degree of integration between domestic theoretical research in this field and enterprise practice have important reference significance for the promotion and development of follow-up research in the field of human resource management in China.Based on the LDA topic probability model, this paper conducts hot topics mining and evolution trend analysis of Chinese and international human resource management journal literature from 2001 to 2020,compares the similarities and differences of hot research topics in Chinese and English literature from the two dimensions of topic content and evolution process, and analyzes the reasons behind them.At the same time,it also explores and summarizes some research results of localized human resource management in China; Then, using LDA topic probability model and TF-IDF algorithm, this paper analyzes the connection and difference of hot research contents in the domestic human resource management journal literature and human resource management cases.Based on the text similarity,it measures the degree of correlation between the academic research direction of human resource management in China and the actual human resource management practice of enterprises. After judging and analyzing all data results, the following research results and conclusions are obtained:(1)This paper identifies the theme structure of human resource management research at home and abroad, extracts 17 domestic and 15 international key research topics of human resource management, and selects typical research topics based on topic intensity to analyze the evolution trend, and finds and summarizes their evolution rules.(2)There are some differences in the research content and research process of human resource management at home and abroad.International research on human resource management is mostly from a strategic perspective, the overall research is more systematic and extensive, the research content is more cuttingedge, and the research level is more in-depth.Domestic research on human resource management is more from the perspective of resources, emphasizing the operation and organic combination of various modules of human resource management. It still pays more attention to the basic functional research, and most of the horizontal research is still in the stage of gradually introducing western theories and methods, but it does not blindly inherit the research ideas and research context of foreign countries,Some distinctive research results have been formed by combining China’s national conditions, national policies and macro environment.(3)Domestic academic research on human resources management is combined with the practice of enterprise human resources management to a certain extent. There is a certain correlation between the two,but the degree of connection is still not close enough. Moreover, domestic academic research lags behind the actual needs of enterprises and the innovation practical to some extent. Finally, according to the above research conclusions, some corresponding suggestions are put forward for the follow-up research of human resource management in China, hoping to play a certain auxiliary role in the scientific research topic selection and decision-making of scholars in this field.
