| In 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission,together with the Ministry of Transport,launched the policy of "Implementation Opinions on Further Reducing material costs",which once again emphasizing the need to promote the deepening reform of the express delivery industry.In fact,in recent years,with the expansion of the scale of online transactions,the express delivery industry has also achieved rapid development by taking this opportunity.Behind the overheated development,major express delivery companies have begun to change their thinking and seek reform,from the early thinking about how to make a profit to now began to think about how to make a high-quality profit.Profitability is an important index to evaluate the business development of enterprises,and also an important basis for enterprises to formulate future development direction.This paper mainly studies the profitability of YTO Express company that adopt the franchise model.First of all,the literature analysis method was used to sort out the relevant literature at home and abroad,and the relevant concepts were expounded,laying the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the whole text.Then,using the case analysis method,YTO Express Company as an example,introduced the development status of its industry and its own situation,and then focused on the analysis of its business model and the motivation of its choice.Finally,the analysis of revenue cost structure and financial capacity is adopted to focus on the profitability of YTO.In the process of analysis,a comparative analysis method was used to compare YTO Express with other enterprises in the same industry horizontally and vertically.According to the above analysis,the profitability of YTO Express in the franchise model is summarized,and suggestions are given from the perspective of strengthening enterprise services and franchisee stability,so as to provide decision-making ideas for YTO Express to improve its profitability and improve the franchise model. |
